Love is blind Season 7 alumna Hannah Jiles has been labeled the franchise’s biggest villain of all time, but that may not stop her from appearing in future reality TV shows like Perfect Match. Hannah found herself in a love quadrangle between Leo Braudy and his connection with Brittany Wisniewski and his connection with Nick Dorka. Hannah came in Love is blind Season 7 after leaving his job in medical device sales to appear on the show. The 27-year-old told her suitors that she was a cheerleader in high school and the kind of girl who would date football players.
The West Virginia native chose Nick after considering pursuing Leo. In the pods, “Slick Nick’s” way with words and his charisma turned off most of the women, but Hannah was both scared and attracted to it. On vacation, Hannah wrote a list of all her worries about Nick, and she “disgusted” him when he entered a seahorse race with a resort patron. Nick and Hannah met each other’s families, but Hannah continued to criticize Nick into submission and eventually broke up with him, but not before solidifying her villainous status.
Hannah was too immature for love to be blind
She was the youngest member of the Season 7 cast
Hannah was the youngest Love is blind Season 7 cast member. Only two other participants, including Nick, were under 30. Hannah was not only the youngest cast member in terms of age, but also the most immature. Hannah showed her immaturity when trying to give insights into who she attracts in groups in an effort to make herself more desirablewhich goes against the purpose of the show.
Hannah once again showed her immaturity by criticizing Nick’s height and condemning him as someone she would never look for in the real world. Additionally, Hannah opened up about her and Nick’s sex life during the roaring ’20s party when he specifically asked her to keep their sex life private. What is more, Hannah belittled Nick into oblivionwhile also telling him that she had made him the man he was.
Hannah clearly doesn’t understand what it means to be mature, as she demonstrated her naivety and penchant for demeaning tactics.
Hannah was labeled an abuser
The way she treated Nick is being heavily criticized
Love is blind viewers didn’t like Hannah’s treatment of Nick throughout the season. Hannah was called on X by his emasculation, calculated dominance, callous nature, and verbally abusive tendencies and actions. @auanxd shared a clip of Hannah and Nick’s final conversation and added a pointed note.
“Hannah is verbally abusive and puts her abuse into “I love you”. This poor man with. Every time I think I can’t feel worse about Nick, Hannah makes sure I feel worse.”
@daanitbtlia shared a tweet featuring a GIF of people looking upset and destroying Hannah’s courage.
‘Nick is by no means perfect and is NOT ready for marriage, but for Hannah to tell her FIANCE that she will start treating him as an equal when he starts contributing as such when you are UNEMPLOYED is INSANE. is FALSE.”
Hannah has caused outrage among viewers, who think that if the situation changed and a man was speaking to a woman the same way Hannah speaks to Nick, the network would reconsider reporting the abuse.

Hannah Damaged The Love Is Blind Franchise
Love Is Blind viewers think the cast went too far
Love is blind Season 7’s decision to publicize Hannah’s abuse of Nick was extremely unfavorable among fans who wanted to see quality people on the show. Love is Blind: United Kingdom the first season proved that an emotionally intelligent and likable cast is possible and it’s still great for viewer reaction. Hannah’s casting on the show proves that the North American version doesn’t care about its participants, as they are doomed to live with problematic people.
Love is blind is falling out of favor with fans due to poor casting choices, and supervillain Hannah has discredited the show’s purpose.
In X, @theninaparker summarized, “This latest episode of #LoveIsBlind… Hannah is verbally abusive. It was hard to watch. And shoes were thrown at me on television.” Love is blind viewers want to witness abuse and are tired of seeing people like Hannah.
Will Hannah appear in the perfect match?
Another Love Is Blind cast has appeared
Hannah has the potential to be cast in another Netflix reality show known for co-opting Love is blind participants, Perfect Match. Izzy Zapata, Micah Lussier and Jessica Vestal were all cast members Perfect Match 2nd season, signaling that Netflix is looking for controversial stars like Hannah. Since Love is blind viewers gave Hannah a major reaction, casting her as Perfect Match could be in the cards to draw viewership and continued disdain for Hannah.
Love is blind Season 7 is available for streaming on Netflix, with new episodes releasing every Wednesday.
