The Lord of the Rings: War of the RohirrimThe digital release date for was revealed following its $15.4 million box office disappointment.

By Warner Bros., The Lord of the Rings: War of the Rohirrim will be available to rent or purchase on participating digital platforms – including Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Fandango at Home and more – on December 27th. Its digital release contains the following special features: “Return to Helm's Deep: History Becomes Legend,” “Middle-earth and Anime: A Marriage of Creativity,” and “Héra: A New Hero for Middle-earth.”
