What Claire Bowden's Look Would Mean for Suits
Claire is important to Mike's past
Claire is first introduced in a flashback episode during Suits season 4. She meets with Mike and they hit it off. But he lies to her, saying he is a lawyer to impress her. This, of course, is the lie that underlies the dramatic comedy from the beginning. Claire finally discovers the truth and tells Mike to stay away from her. Only later do they meet again in court.
They part on better terms, to a point, with Claire agreeing to keep Mike's secret. But she says she doesn't believe he's changed; otherwise, he wouldn't lie to Rachel (Meghan Markle). Adams, in turn, expressed openness to returning to Suits: LA But even without that, it would be nice for the spinoff to bring in familiar faces who aren't part of the core. Suits cast.
Our thoughts on Troian Bellisario returning to Suits LA
This should happen
Each spinoff that begins usually has the option of starting by establishing itself or embracing the connection to the original. Bringing in familiar guest stars, who reappeared in the original, is a solid compromise that allows Suits: LA the space to follow your own path while still weaving links to what came before.
