Pokémon TCG Pocket's first mythical island event has arrived with a big goal for players to achieve

Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket launched its first Mythical Island-focused event, with players tasked with reaching a huge milestone in a relatively short period of time. It's a busy time for Pokemon Pocket Trading Gamewith the launch of Mythical Islandits first expansion. The new set contains nearly 70 new cards (not including alternate art cards) and also adds some powerful card combinations. Now players have the chance to test how Mythical Island improved their best decks with the launch of a new event.

The new Mythical Island Emblem Event released today and focuses on fighting other players in solo battles. At stake are four emblems, with the highest emblem rewarded for winning 45 battles during the event. Players can also complete various missions to obtain Pack Hourglasses and Shinedust rewards. According to data leaks, the new Emblem event will be followed by an SP Emblem event that sees players achieve a winning streak of 5 wins or more. THE Mythical Island The Emblem Event will run from December 20, 2024 to January 10, 2025.

Players simply need to participate and win to receive rewards

Similar to Genetic Apex Emblem Event, the new Mythical Island The Emblem Event is singularly focused on achieving victories against human opponents. Players can access the event from the Versus Battle menu, with only event matches counting towards collecting rewards. Players do not need to use a deck with Mythical Island cards to participate, although several of today's popular decks utilize the new Mythical Island letters in some way. Players are not penalized for losses in the event, nor is there any type of Stamina in the event.

Greater variety makes this Pokémon event much more fun

THE Genetic Apex The Emblem Event was disappointing because it became boring to face the same decks over and over again. However, now that a few more weeks have passed, this event should be much more exciting. Players not only have stronger decks to use, but there is also a wider variety of decks to play thanks to Mythical Islandlaunch.

I enjoyed playing matches during the first few hours of this event, especially since I didn't face the same deck twice. Since Pokémon TCG Pocket continues to encourage a healthy variety of decks, these Emblem events should continue to be a lot of fun.
