The Celestials have created a new version of the Infinity Stones
Infinity Wars #5 Gerry Duggan, Mike Deodato Jr., Frank Martin Jr. and Cory Petit
One of the most mysterious things about the Infinity Stones is their origin. These Infinity Stones were placed into the universe by the dark Celestials. These Celestials only want to destroy, not create. But they are not capable of directly destroying things. To get around this, they created the Infinity Stones, objects powerful enough to destroy the universe, and then just sat and waited until someone, like Thanos, used the stones to destroy everyone.

Nemesis was the source of the soul stones
Silver Surfer No. 45 by Jim Starlin, Ron Lim, Tom Christopher, Ken Bruzenak and Tom Vincent.
The very first creature to ever exist in the Marvel Universe was Nemesis. She was completely alone in the emptiness of existence and, desperate for company, she tried to create life. But since Nemesis herself did not know the concept of good and evil, neither did her creations, and she accidentally created demons who decided to be evil. Frustrated by this, Nemesis eventually committed suicide by dispersing her essence into six Soul Stones. This would be the very first origin of stones in Marvel Universe, and technically makes Nemesis first at the same time And the most powerful being with its own power.
