Top Videos The sticky is showing early signs of being a streaming hit. The six-episode series from creators Brian Donovan and Ed Herro premiered in December. The sticky is inspired by true events, centering on Ruth Landry (Margo Martindale), the tough maple syrup producer who feels desperate enough to pull off a multimillion-dollar syrup robbery with the help of a mobster and a mild-mannered security guard. The show is produced by Blumhouse Television, with a supporting cast of The sticky these include Gita Miller, Guy Nadon, Mickaël Gouin, Suzanne Clément, Mark O'Brien, Meegwun Fairbrother and Jamie Lee Curtis.
