Keeping with the promise of delivering the season premiere in the early months of 2025, it has now been confirmed that the latest installment of the dark comedy will premiere on February 16, 2025.
As for the trailer, the minute and a half long provocation gives a clear first look at the characters and the various problems they bring to the titular resort. Walton Goggins' unknown character is clearly uncomfortable at the resort, and his frequent fights with his wife make him a less than pleasant person to be around. Likewise, Parker Posey's character is a heavily medicated woman searching for something. About that, Natasha Rothwell's Belinda is sent to the Thai chapter of The White Lotus for trainingand not everything is fun and games like someone brought a gun for the party.

The cast of The White Lotus The third season has been widely revealed, but the characters are unknown. One returning cast member from Season 1 is Natasha Rothwell as Belindabut she is the only confirmed return so far. A long list of recognizable names was attached to The White Lotus season 3, but no character names or descriptions were provided. Series star Jennifer Coolidge will not return after her character, Tanya, died in season 2.
HBO announced in November 2023 that there will be nine main characters in The White Lotus season 3, ages 18 to 80, with thirteen more roles being cast.
