Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz's approach to Christmas is initially quite indifferent, but the fact that he is so desperate to find a reason to hate the festive season proves that he dislikes it more than he realizes. Even when faced with his own Ghost of Christmas Past, Frank shows no remorse for his actions, nor does he seem to care that he has bad karma.
