Prime Video's new show has me more excited than ever for Henry Cavill's Warhammer

At the end of Secret level episode 5, I was totally convinced that War Hammer it needs to be on the big screen as soon as possible.

In just 16 minutes, Secret level created and almost fully developed Bladeguard Sergeant Metaurus, and in the process of explaining his story, added a tremendous amount to one of the franchise's most famous space marines, Demetrian Titus. The depiction of the Daemon Sorcerer's ability to kill people with their worst fears was also an ingenious way to delve deeper into the psyche of the Space Marines. Secret level provided such a concise yet densely packed story, it was truly impressive.

War Hammer is truly huge, and there are hundreds of ways Cavill's film could approach the expanding franchise. One of the biggest problems the film probably faced was figuring out how to start, and Secret level may have helped tremendously with this. Secret levelof War Hammer episode could serve as a model for Cavill's film in terms of themes, visuals and action. He has already presented all the great things that make a War Hammer adaptation work, now Cavill's film just needs to do it again.

What makes Warhammer so attractive

There's a lot to love War Hammer 40,000. It essentially redefined futuristic military strategy and massive space opera warfare on a scale that has rarely been replicated. War Hammer has also filled its universe with factions so diverse and complex, from the chaotic and silly Orks to the adrenaline-pumping Space Wolves, that it feels completely alive. Adding to its varied military components is all the grimness of the distant future, from the body horror of servitors to the nightmare fuel that is certain xeno species like the Slaugth. War Hammer it's a bottomless pit of great lore and world-building, and it can get as dark as you want.

Through all the darkness of War Hammer 40,000however, there are some surprisingly relatable themes inherent to the franchise. The Space Marines, for example, are all about brotherhood and companionship among soldiers. The Imperium is also filled with messages about faith, and members often find their faith challenged. In addition to all this, although it is set in the distant future, War Hammer has a lot to say about contemporary politics, from theocratic regimes to humanity's role in a massive universe. War Hammer 40,000 is literally so big that there is something for everyone in its world.

There was just one big problem with Secret levelrepresentation of War Hammer 40,000: it wasn't long enough. Provided a great glimpse into the myriad of stories and epic battles War Hammer is able to contain, but it was just a glimpse. I am confident that Henry Cavill War Hammer the film could take all the things that make the franchise so captivating and flesh them out with a longer runtime. I need to see an entire Imperium campaign play out and I feel like a feature film is the only way to do justice to such a massive attack.

There's also never been a better time for Cavill War Hammer to be successful. This year had some of the best video game adaptations of all time. Show how Precipitation and Arcane set a precedent that video game adaptations can remain faithful to the games they portray, but can also tread new paths in thoughtful and engaging ways. It almost seems like Hollywood has cracked the code for making successful video game adaptations, especially after years of failed attempts. This makes me very hopeful that Cavill can follow suit and use the lessons Precipitation and Arcane I clearly learned how to make a great film.

With any luck, Secret Level could not only continue Warhammer 40,000's popularity, but actually increase it.
