The only way to get the recipe for this hand cannon is to Defeat the new Void Intercept boss Gluttony in The first descent Added to Season 1. Void Intercept Bosses are endgame opponents that are incredibly challenging to beat unless you have a strong character build at the ready.
The only way to unlock the gluttony battle is to Defeat all the other Void Intercept bosses on hard mode.
