Disney and Star Wars have created an impressive line of legacy lightsabers available in the parks and online. Inspired by the elegant weapons wielded by key Sith and Jedi characters from the Skywalker saga and beyond, there is a type of lightsaber for every type of fan around the world. Star Wars timeline. However, not all lightsabers were sold at the same time due to the large number of blades manufactured in recent years.
Disney’s legacy lightsabers were produced in conjunction with the opening of Disneyland and Disneyworld. Star Wars-Galaxy’s Edge themed land in 2019, offering detailed collectible sabers for guests in addition to the custom lightsaber making experience featured in “Savi’s Workshop.” Although some of these initial blades were retired, a good number and variety of lightsaber colors made their way to ShopDisney.com in the years that followed, including limited edition boxes and more. Keeping this in mind, here are all 42 legacy lightsabers that were made so far and where they can be purchased.

One of Disney’s newest additions to the Legacy Lightsaber line celebrating Return of the Jedi On the 40th anniversary, Luke Skywalker’s green-bladed lightsaber is currently available in Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities, located in Galaxy’s Edge. This was the same blade used by Luke in both The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fettand The Last Jedi Main flashback featuring the Jedi Master and his apprentice Ben Solo.

Although it was originally presented in a limited edition Revenge of the Sith box set that also came with Obi-Wan Kenobi’s lightsaber, Anakin Skywalker’s lightsaber has already been sold individually at Dok-Ondar’s. Unlike future versions of the Skywalker saber, Anakin’s lightsaber has some unique elements, including the silver texture of the central component surrounding the activation button.

The most classic Skywalker saber is the one seen in Empire Strikes Back wielded by Luke Skywalker, as well as in the first two films of the sequel trilogy in the hands of Rey. Unlike the Skywalker saber seen in A New Hope With its “bubble band”, the Skywalker saber has the more common gold plate next to the activation button. Although available at Dok-Ondar’s, the Skywalker saber can be purchased online with a blade included.

Although it has since been retired, Ben Solo’s original Jedi lightsaber from when he was still Luke’s apprentice was an interesting addition to Disney’s Legacy Lightsaber line. It was also confirmed that this was the same fist that Solo would later modify after becoming Kylo Ren, adding exhaust vents necessary to maintain the stability of his red kyber crystal that had been shattered.
