The new Avengers costumes look like a colorful spin on the suits in the last one Alien Prequel films.
In the brief synopsis of Aliens vs. Avengers #2It is revealed that the xenomorphs have come to Earth, and the Avengers, almost certainly, will not have a chance. When the Earth falls to the alien threat, the remaining survivors of the cruel onslaught will have to escape from the planet to come up with a new plan to avenge their fallen. The Avengers have taken to the stars more times than anyone can count. Whether it’s Thanos, the multiverse, or the ongoing conflict with the Kree and Skrulls, the Avengers have seen it all.
The team of heroes have already built super suits for space travel, but the new costumes of the Avengers look like a colorful spin on the suits in the newest. Alien Prequel films. Unlike the original films suits, which looked more accurate to the actual clothes astronauts wore, the Alien Prequel-era outfits are slick, meshing together a padded bodysuit with pieces of armor decorated on top. Likewise, The Avengers looks to take a similar approach in the upcoming comic crossover series, Show how strongly Marvel is ready to embrace the modern Alien aesthetic.

The Avengers are clad in patches of rigid armor on top of padded, yet flimsy, looking suits, just as ready for the upcoming terror as any other character from a Alien Movie.
Crossovers are always good and fun, and it’s amazing to see both Alien And Predator Franchises actively engage with Marvel properties, but it is when one property fully embraces the aesthetic of another that it shows a deeper appreciation of both the creators behind the amalgamated tale. Marvel is known for bright and dazzling colors that pop on the page, while Alien‘s tone is both sleekly futuristic and grungily dark. On the cover for Aliens vs Avengers #2, Captain America, Iron Man and Captain Marvel fully embrace an updated look that puts them perfectly in the current Alien aesthetic.

Realistically though, whether their upgraded looks will give them an advantage against the Xenomorphs remains to be determined. However, tactical considerations aside, it is amazing to see the genuine love for these Alien Franchise in Esad Ribić’s artist. Do these Avengers Redesigned costumes will protect them or not, blood will pour and chests will burst when the Aliens Coming to Marvel later this year.
