AP Bio Character and Cast Guide

The former NBC sitcom AP Biography has a robust cast full of hilarious main and supporting characters. Mike O’Brien’s Saturday night live acclaim created the original sitcomwhich premiered on February 1, 2018. The show centers on high school teacher-turned-teacher Jack Griffin, played by Glenn Howerton of It’s always sunny in Philadelphia. AP Biography follows Jack as he goes from being a philosophy professor at Harvard University to being an advanced biology professor at his hometown high school, after being disgraced over a YouTube video.

AP Biography ran for two seasons on NBC before moving to Peacock in its final two seasons. The series has been canceled twice, although it has maintained an impressive Rotten Tomatoes score of 88%, with its second and third seasons earning perfect 100% scores from critics. Despite positive reviews from AP Bio, there was not enough consistent viewership for the series to continue for the last four seasons.
