Honkai: Star Rail Livestream References an Hour-Long Zenless Zone Zero Meme
Unbelievably, the Meme Video is Official
The trailer for Honkai: Star Rail The next update begins with a robot bartender welcoming the characters to a bar, with the lines: “Would you like to have a drink, a snack or… start ‘Party Time’?“To regulate Star Trail players, these lines may not mean much, but Zenless Zero Zone fans who are immersed in HoYoverse’s social media will be quick to spot the reference. The Easter egg references an hour-long video called Burning Desires which features Burnice White from ZZZ shaking drinks in a bar.
The video was shared on the official website Zenless Zero Zone YouTube channel and plays Burnice’s theme over and over again. In the video, a stylized version of Burnice dances and speaks to the rhythm: “What can I get for you? A drink? Some snacks? Or a little flame?“She goes on to list the various drinks offered at her bar, giving a destructive Burnice twist:”Anything you want, set it on fire!“The Star Trail live broadcast quote seems to be a intentional nod to this meme video.
