Hodge has been making the rounds, promoting his new Prime Video show Crosswhich is based on the novels by James Patterson, and he says that he won’t appear much in Leverage: Redemption season because of his work in Cross 2nd season:
“You might get a little tired, but I’ll be honest with you – you might not get tired, because I was a little busy filming the second season of Cross.”
Hardison’s absence could be prolonged

Hardison appears on video calls throughout Season 2, busy with his work in space. Although the team apparently has a plan to bring him back home, the latest update could mean that Hardison will remain away from Earth a little longer. Overall, so far, Hardison has appeared in eight episodes of the revival – three in Season 1 and five in Season 2.
Along with its move to Prime Video, the crime drama will feature a significant change behind the scenes. John Rogers, the co-creator of the original To enjoywill serve as showrunner and executive producer on season 3, after serving solely as a consultant in previous seasons. Although little is known about the plot and a more specific release date is unknown, it has been suggested that Leverage: Redemption will get bigger.
The verdict on Hodge’s return on leverage
Hodge may appear more in the future
Hodge has always been a more occasional presence in Leverage: Redemptionbecause of their roles in other projects like Black Adam and City on a hill. But with the revival and Cross Now officially under the Prime Video umbrella, it could be easier to coordinate schedules and make room for Hardison to appear more frequently.
