Xbox Game Pass Gets 6 New Games in November, Including 2-Day Prime Day Releases

Xbox Game Pass November is not over yet, right after the service announces another selection of games that includes two day one releases. In what has been a relatively slow month for the industry, Xbox is offering fans two of the most exciting releases of the month in the form of STALKER 2 and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. Both titles have already managed to generate a lot of excitement, but the other games coming to the platform shouldn’t be forgotten because they are all great in their own way.

According to the official Xbox Blogthe 6 games that will arrive on Xbox Game Pass in the last days of November are:

  • Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 – November 19 (Cloud, PC, Xbox Series X|S)
  • STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl – November 20 (cloud, PC, Xbox Series X|S)
  • Kitten, big city – November 20th (Console, now available on Game Pass Standard)
  • Board up! – November 20th (Console, now available on Game Pass Standard)
  • Nine suns – November 26 (cloud, PC, Xbox Series X|S)
  • Aliens: Dark Descent – November 27th (cloud, PC, console)

The two big additions, which are also the drops of day one, are Flight simulator and STALKER 2the first of which has already received strong reviews. The variety in the latest batch of games is commendable as there is something for everyone.

What to play on Xbox Game Pass?

Spoiled for choice

Most Game Pass subscribers will probably be checking it out STALKER 2 at launch as the post-apocalyptic RPG shooter is the latest chapter in the famous franchise. With its simulated world and tense combat encounters, There’s nothing like prowling the radiated hot zone that is Chornobyl. Those wanting a more relaxing experience should take to the skies with the complicated (but still affordable) Flight Simulator 2024 or explore the streets of a bustling city in the lovely Kitten, big city.

Subscribers who want a more tense experience are treated to the last three games as Board up! is a brutal co-op game that tasks players with running a busy kitchen. Nine suns is often described as a 2D Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice which emphasizes reflexes with its defense-focused combat system. Finally, Aliens: Dark Descent is an excellent tactics game that requires users to safely guide a team of colonial marines to survive against an attack by powerful Xenomorphs.

Highlighting some of the smaller releases

There will be a lot of coverage STALKER 2 and Flight Simulator 2024 in the coming days, so I would like to highlight two games that may go unnoticed: Nine suns and Aliens: Dark Descent. I really enjoyed my time with the first one; I found the combat fluid and the world and character design appealing. As a Foreigner fan, I will always do my best to recommend the franchise, but Dark Descent is an imaginative take on the series that captures the fear and tension associated with a hive of Xenomorphs.
