Her clear death in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness Was a bit of a disappointing conclusion to the Wanda MCU timeline. After experiencing one of the most tragic arcs of any MCU character, ending her MCU tenure with a Darkhold-spurred descent into outright villainy before meeting her death feels like a particularly cruel end for such a compelling character. Of all the MCU characters who should get a shot at redemption, Scarlet Witch ranks among the most deserving. A solo movie for Scarlet Witch would be the perfect place to deliver this.

It remains to be seen how the MCU plans to deal with Doctor Doom, but if he is to be a powerful sorcerer like in the Marvel comics, Doctor Strange and Wong will need all the help they can get to counter his powerful magic. The MCU Phase 6 release slate looks disappointingly bare, and could easily be filled by a solo Scarlet Witch movie.
