Rogue and Magneto’s Lost love story is set to be told by Marvel Comics, as the unlikely X-Men The pair return to the wild land for an all-new miniseries. Set during the cataclysmic events of Invisible X-Men #269-275, Rogue: The Savage Land promises to be full of “Jungle action, untamed romance and more“ When it launches early next year.
First announced by Polygon Rogue: The Savage Land – Written by Tim Seeley, with art by Zulema Scotto Lavina, who makes her Marvel Comics debut with the five-issue miniseries. The series dates back to the late 1980s/early 1990s Invisible X-Men Run By comics superstars Chris Claremont and Jim Lee.
Invisible #274 saw Rogue stranded in the wild, donning her iconic bikini-style outfit as she tried to survive the elements without her powers. While there, she soon found herself in an alliance with Magneto against the sorceress Zaladane, leading to a brief, if somewhat controversial, romance between the two.
