While the world waits to learn more Batman – Part II casting details, DC sequel script gets clarified status update.
On the weekend, Gunn was asked by a fan on Threads, “James, it was reported some time ago that Matt Reeves has already finished the script for The Batman II, is that really true?” as filming will still take place in 2025. It didn’t take long for Gunn to set the record straight, as the head of DC Studios had the following to say about Batman – Part II script status:
I think this report was well-intentioned, but it was wrong. We are very much looking forward to it.
