The Simpsons Halloween short starring Sideshow Bob and other Disney villains is coming to Disney+

Sideshow Bob returns in a new The Simpsons Halloween short on Disney+. Sideshow Bob, voiced by Kelsey Grammer in the animated series, will appear in his first animated short. Along with the brief, The Simpsons Season 36 will also premiere this fall. Releasing on October 11th in the middle of the spooky season, the Halloween special is directed by long-time Simpsons Creative David Silverman.

now, Disney+ announced The Simpsons: The Most Wonderful Time of the Year Along with a synopsis provided by What’s on Disney Plus. Sideshow Bob will appear with other Disney villains To share the true meaning of the Halloween season, which will include musical numbers. It has not been announced which Disney villains will appear with Bob. In a poster released for the short, Sideshow Bob is seen wearing a suit and flying on a rake like a witch’s broomstick.

In this new short, Sideshow Bob teams up with Disney+’s most infamous villains to share the true meaning of the Halloween season. Filled with music, mayhem and madness, this episode of The Simpsons is simply to die for.

The Simpsons have cemented themselves as part of the Halloween season since 1990 in season 2, episode 3 “Treehouse of Horror.” Since then, the series has had annual “Treehouse of Horror” episodes, many of which are Considered as some of the best in the series. Much like in season 34 when the annual Halloween episode appeared alongside an additional Stephen King it Parody, “Not It”, this year will also receive two spooky offerings.

Sideshow Bob was one of The Simpsons Best supporting characters for years, and this is evident because of how many times Grammer has returned to the role. In the poster for The most wonderful time of the yearBob is riding a rake, a callback to one of the best Simpsons episodes, “Cape Feare” where he repeatedly steps on the gardening tool and hits himself in the face. The rake also appeared in other episodes. The addition of singing during the special is also something Bob is known for, which was also featured in the “Cape Feare” episode.

This isn’t the first time a holiday theme has appeared on Disney+.
