Loren Brovarnik from 90 Day Fiance trying make fans believe her weight loss is “natural,” It’s getting boring. I’ve watched Loren since her first season on TV in 90 Day Fiance Season 3, in which she married Alexei Brovarnik. Loren became one of the biggest names in the franchise, solely due to the success of her marriage. Loren’s relationship was real and beat all odds Loren and Alexei had been together for over a decade. However, the recent season of Happily ever after? it was more about Loren’s weight loss than their relationship.
I’m not a fan of stories that document cast members’ plastic surgery journeys and Loren looked like she didn’t even need to lose weight to begin with. In my opinion, Loren looks almost like she did before the surgery, after going through the entire body transformation. Loren even suggested that she could do a second renovation, but Alexei convinced her to give up. Loren successfully lost 11 pounds four months after her third birth through diet and exercise. However, I felt that Loren was left hungry for more. She wanted quick results that only surgery could provide.
Loren underwent a “natural mommy makeover” in September 2023
Loren Had a Fat Transfer for Bigger Breasts
I didn’t know that Loren “natural mommy makeover”Instagram posts were spoilers for her 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? season 8 plot. Loren first posted about going under the knife in September 2023, a year after the birth of her daughter. Loren said it was something she had wanted for a long time and would help her with her diastasis recti. Your large abdominal muscles separated during pregnancy of being stretched, and it was an uncomfortable sensation for Loren.
“Doing it in a more natural way is the best way forward.”
Loren was having a tummy tuck to restore her muscles. However, she found a way to call her transformation “natural“because she was transferring your own fat to your chest after having lipo 360. To me, it seemed like Loren was just saying the word “natural” Around because she wanted to convince herself that she wasn’t having a weight loss procedure. Loren wanted to believe that her weight loss was not an easy process, and she worked hard to get the body she wanted, spending hours at the gym and eating right.
Loren’s followers know she didn’t use Ozempic
Loren thinks there are rumors about her drug use
I thought it was hilarious that Loren captioned a recent workout video: “POV: They say you’re on Ozempic.” Loren’s followers wasted no time in telling her that they knew she wasn’t taking any weight loss medication, as she documented her surgery from start to finish on TV. Loren thinks there are “rumors” that she is Ozempic according to her response to a fan’s comments, but her entire storyline this year has been about her wanting and getting one “reform.“If she wanted, Loren could have done Pilates before having surgerybut it’s something she’s doing to maintain her weight loss.
Loren should accept her weight loss methods
I literally saw her getting liposuction on TV
Loren using the word “natural”Describing your weight loss procedure makes no sense to me. Losing weight naturally would mean dieting or exercising, or perhaps experiencing an illness. However, fat transfer and fat increase are not “natural.” Loren’s emphasis on the word could have been her trying to feel superior to others 90 Day Fiance cast members who opted for implants. It was plastic surgery that Loren had to feel better. There was no need for her to claim that she was “natural”since the surgery is not natural.
Loren doesn’t use her power of influence the right way
Is Loren the ideal influencer for moms?
Loren became a mom influencer to reach millions of young mothers like her through her Instagram platform as a 90 Day Fiance star. She received praise for posting her makeup-free and filter-free selfies. Loren was applauded for opening up about her struggle with postpartum depression and the pain she felt with her babies remaining in the NICU for weeks. Loren has the power to truly influence young women and their being honest about having plastic surgery could have been a revelation for many.
Instead of making them believe that a body like hers is attainable.”naturally,”Loren could have chosen to educate her 90 Day Fiance followers about the procedures she opted for. I think now she’s joking about Ozempic when she herself resorted to artificial methods to lose weight, it’s bizarre. Loren seems to deny that she chose the easy way to lose weight. She must be assuming that fans like me have memories of goldfish, and we will magically forget that Loren had a weight loss procedure done when we see her doing Pilates on Instagram.
