Obsidian’s highly anticipated upcoming RPG, Declaredit’s heading to Blizzard’s Battle.Net launcher upon launch. This means that fans of two very different franchises will be able to get their hands on the title in a very interesting way.
Titles available through the Blizzard launcher app can be purchased with gold inside World of Warcraftmeaning that those who want to get their hands on the most anticipated RPG of 2025 can do so without spending hard-earned money. This can be done with the use of Wow tokens, which are available at the Auction House within World of Warcraft for a pretty penny – or shiny gold. Although this is not the most direct method, it is very strange.
WoW tokens can be used for declared purchases
The process is a bit tedious, but it can be worth it for gold producers
First reported by IGNMicrosoft announced that Declared would be released on the Battle.Net launcher, which came as a shock to fans. The main takeaway here is the fact that in-game gold can be used to purchase the title, with a little effort in the process, of course. Since Wow Tokens can be purchased from the in-game Auction House, for around 263,000 gold at the time of writing, players could, in theory, obtain several and sell them back to Blizzard for $15, which is added to the player’s Battle.Net balance.
Although this was over 1 million gold, players would likely need to purchase between five and six Wow Tokens to trade on Blizzard can be profitable for gold producers who already have this type of gold available. Although the average player doesn’t have millions of gold to play with, This can be a great way to earn in-game gold for those who are not interested in purchasing Declared at the moment, as this information could increase the price of the Token by a decent margin.
Our Take: Confessed May Be More Accessible for New Players
Sometimes adding an alternative way of purchasing a security can be profitable
With Declared launching on February 18, 2025, for Steam, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox Game Pass, Xbox App on Windows and now the Battle.Net launcher, more players will have access to the title. With this in mind, some fans may be more inclined to purchase the title using their time rather than money thanks to this Wow Token resource. While this may not end up being the case, it is an interesting addition to the Blizzard Launcher.
It is worth mentioning that the Premium Edition of Declared It will cost $89.99 but offers five days early access, while the cheapest version costs $69.99. As an avid gold producer, this almost makes me feel like it’s some kind of challenge. It makes me want to come in World of Warcraft and adopt my old farming methods to stockpile enough gold to buy Declared without having to break the bank, while enjoying it all Wow has to offer. One can only wonder if other fans of either franchise share my sentiment, or if they’d just prefer to take the beaten path and purchase the title themselves.
