Our opinion on Counter 2
Christian is in a dangerous game again
Although Christian’s talent lies in numbers, working for criminal organizations means that he will sometimes find himself in dangerous situations that require extreme measures. This ended up being true in the first film. The synopsis for the upcoming sequel sees him at the center of a murder and a potential conspiracy. The path that Affleck’s character must travel is a dangerous one, and the R rating certainly suggests there will be plenty of action.
The accountant enchanted viewers on both an intellectual and action level. Christian’s brilliant disguise and unique skills as the eponymous accountant are enough to set him apart from other thriller movie protagonists. Seeing him in action always signals great risks, and teaming up with his brother again to The Accountant 2 will only add to that. Their brotherhood is something they want to continue from the first film.
