Castlevania showrunner Adi Shankar will return to the world of anime video game adaptations soon with the upcoming release of Devil may cry, but in a new post on X, Shankar teased that he had originally pitched a very different adaptation to video game giant Capcom. According to Shankar’s post, the acclaimed creator went to Capcom to launch a Dino Crisis anime in 2017.
