10 Most Important Things to Remember Ahead of Season 4

How Outer Banks With season four coming to Netflix, it’s important to rewind to season three and remember where the series left off. Outer Banks will continue to focus on pogues, romance and quests that offer a unique perspective on a true story. They now live in the award-winning Outer Banks and have a hugely successful opening under their belt. The Pogs are about to begin their next mission.

Last season Pogues of Outer Banks went in search of Eldorado. The quest resulted in the death of one of the series’ original villains, Ward Cameron, and gold that helped lift several Pogues out of poverty on the Isle of Kildare. The Pogs started last season in Barbados

The crew narrowly escaped Ward Cameron in season two and were marooned on the island.

At the beginning of the third season, the Pogs are on a remote island they call Pogelandia. Although the group enjoys the freedom of the island, they also worry about their isolation and are rescued by a pilot named Jimmy. However, it quickly becomes clear that Jimmy has sinister intentions and intends to kidnap them. The group manages to make an emergency landing in Barbados, from where everyone is rescued except Kiara Carrera.

Kiara is then brought to the mansion of the mysterious Carlos Singh, who is clearly involved in shady business. To make matters worse, Ciara also faces off against none other than Rafe Cameron, who has been known to put the group in danger for three seasons of the show. Rafe meets with Carlos, trying to sell him the melted down gold from the Cross of Santo Domingo that he stole from Papa Hayward in season two.

Singh is looking for Daniya Tanni’s diary. which was originally owned by John B. High School history teacher, Mr. Sunn. Tunney’s diary contained key information about the search for the lost city of El Dorado that historians and treasure hunters have deciphered for centuries. In the meantime, he also hopes to make a deal with Rafe for the first shipment of gold. Singh participates because he wants to complete the quest started by his enslaved ancestors and avenge them by finding the lost treasure at El Dorado in South America.

Back in the first season, 17-year-old John B. Rutledge evades child protective services after his father, Big John, a historian, goes missing. All locals assume that Big John is dead, although his body is never found. Big John’s life’s work was to find the King’s Merchant, a ship that was thought to have sunk with great treasure. However Outer Banks The group realizes that Denmark Tunney survived the shipwreck and so the treasure is actually buried on the island of Kildare.

Pope, hoping to learn more about Tunny, who is his ancestor, tracks down the Tunny Cross of Santo Domingo, which is in a local chapel but stolen by the greedy Ward family. Tunney was an enslaved man turned abolitionist activist who kept a journal of his life and travels.which Pope deciphers throughout the show. The devastating loss of this treasure in turn sets off the events of the third season, in which the group lands in the Caribbean for the first time.

After a successful rescue mission freeing Kiara from Singh, John B. refuses to board the rescue ship with the crew after hearing the oddly specific ringing of a bell that he remembers his father using as a child. Through Outer BanksJohn B. is haunted by his father’s disappearance and wants to understand what happened to him. As it turned out, Big John is alive and in hiding after being threatened by Ward Cameron. and many other parties after the precious treasure.

Father and son have an emotional reunion, and Big John’s knowledge is what leads the group to South America in search of the mother of all treasures – El Dorado. Unfortunately, the Season 3 reunion was short-lived. At the end of the third season Outer Banks, Big John dies after bleeding from a gunshot wound inflicted by Singh (who was also searching for the treasure). Fortunately, before his tragic death, he is able to see Eldorado and gold with his own eyes.

El Dorado, or the City of Gold, is a legendary treasure trove in the Orinoco River Basin, Venezuela. first described by a Spanish soldier 450 years before the events External Banks. The first clue the group discovers regarding this mysterious city of gold is the Cross of Santo Domingo, which they found in the previous season. After an argument at the entrance to the cave in which Eldorado is believed to be located, Singh holds John B. and Sarah Cameron at gunpoint.

Big John uses dynamite to blow up the cave Singh is in, allowing Sarah and John B to escape. Singh is killed in the explosion, and Sarah’s father, Ward Cameron, additionally sacrifices himself to save her and the Pogs after one of Singh’s henchmen attempts to attack them. Luckily, after a deadly battle to reach the legendary cave, Eldorado turns out to be real. The crew takes some gold for themselves and gathers information about the historical site before heading back to Kildare Island.

Despite some hiccups during the season’s heartbreaking events, it appears that John B. and Sarah are still going strong after their symbolic wedding in Pogeland. and now I run a surf shop.

One of the biggest mysteries of the fourth season Outer Banks will if JJ Maybank is still in a relationship with Ciara. The longtime friends reunite in a passionate kiss after he rescues Kiara from a wilderness camp where her parents sent her because of her long absence from school and her association with the Pogues. JJ is seen spending her money on buying a new boat and Kiara is seen participating in environmental conservation work. It’s unclear if they’ve been together for another 18 months after El Dorado, but viewers will likely get answers in season four.

Sarah Cameron grew up in a wealthy family and is technically part of a rival gang, the Pogs, members of the upper class Oddballs. Since the first season, Sarah has grown further and further away from her family, maintaining contact only with her younger sister, Weezy, who is forced to live with the family due to her status as a minor.

Sarah’s stepmother, Rose, is clearly complicit in the unethical actions of Sarah’s late father, Ward, and is one of the reasons why Rafe is so psychologically tormented. Given the revelations surrounding the Cameron family’s monopoly on Kildare, Sarah removed herself from the situation and her family’s wealth.
