This includes his Cyber-powered Electro Staff, the Force-channeling Zaly Shield made of pure Cyberite, and power canisters filled with energy drained from an entire planet, having been collected by a devastating superweapon. Facing an entire garrison of Stormtroopers alongside Sith Eternal Cultists of Exegol riding massive Sumerian Verminoths, Darth Vader decimates Palpatine’s forces entirely, reaching the highest peak of his dark side powers in the Star Wars Canon.

Vader, firing devastating blasts of energy, quickly stands among piles of mere skeletonsAfter burning everything else from his opponents that was sent by his master. As such, this issue is no doubt ranks as one of the most exciting issues of the whole Darth Vader Run that first started in 2020.
Because he was determined to end Palpatine and take his place as ruler of the Empire, One would think that no one there would easily be able to resist his master’s powers.. However, the truth is quickly revealed when Palpatine himself arrives on this distant world seemingly via Force projection (not unlike Luke Skywalker’s use of Force projection as seen at the end of The Last Jedi).

Relying on the vast depths of his pain and hatred, Vader eventually becomes overwhelmed by his own hatred combined with the amplifying nature of the weapons he already wields. When Vader is repeatedly attacked by brutal blasts of Force Lightning from Palpatine, the Emperor gloats that all of Vader’s new power was all by his design.. It was a means to show his apprentice that only he had enough power in the dark side to rule the galaxy.
