Terrifier 3 Director Reveals His Two Least Favorite Franchise Theories and Tips A Character’s Fate May Not Be What It Seems

Terrifying 3 director Damien Leone reveals his least favorite franchise theories and suggests that a major character’s fate may not be what it seems. The latest entry in Leone’s bloody and increasingly successful story Terrifying film series follows Sienna Shaw (Lauren LaVera), who discovers that Art the Clown has been resurrected and diabolically targets his family and others before Christmas. Along with LaVera, the cast of Terrifying 3 includes Elliott Fullam, Samantha Scaffidi, Bryce Johnson, Margaret Anne Florence, Antonella Rose and David Howard Thornton as the killer Art the Clown.

During the Monster-Mania Con screening and Q&A for Terrifying 3for which Screen speech was present, Leone discussed some of his least favorite theories. One involves the identity of Art the Clown and that the public believes he could be Sienna’s father. but Leone revealed that this question would not be answered immediately. A second assumption he mentioned is that Jonathan (Fullam) was not killed. Read Leone’s comments below:

My least favorite thing is that everyone thinks Jason [Patric] It really is art. Sienna’s father is Art the Clown. But, I mean, that’s a theory. You won’t know what something is until the saga comes to a definitive conclusion. That’s a pretty big theory, and another is that Jonathan isn’t actually dead. Who thinks Jonathan is still alive? We’ll see.

The origin of the art, the clown, nor Jonathan’s fate have been confirmed

Not much was revealed about the Art, but Terrifying continues to solidify that Thornton’s character is demonic. However, theories about Sienna and Jonathan’s late father, Michael (Jason Patric), and his apparent connection to the Craft, began to swirl later. Terrifer 2. In the prequel, which introduced Sienna and the spirit that manifests as The Little Pale Girl, it was revealed that Michael visualized Art before eventually taking his own life. Michael appeared in Terrifying 3through Sienna’s dreams, but the films suggest that he anticipated her battle against Art, not that he became the manic clown.

Art the Clown’s identity remains a mystery, as does Jonathan’s fate near the end of Terrifying 3. The film does not depict his death, which could imply that he is still alive somewhere, and while a possessed Victoria (Scaffidi) reveals that she has Jonathan’s decapitated head and glasses, a similar trick was used to convince Sienna’s aunt that Gabbie (Rose) had been killed. If Jonathan wasn’t Art’s victim, it’s worth wondering what happened to him, considering that Greg (Johnson), who intended to pick Jonathan up from school, was murdered.

The director has a plan for his franchise

Art the Clown holds a knife in Terrifier 3.

As Leone teased in his recent comments, there may be lingering questions now, but once the Terrifying the franchise ends, everything must make sense. Pieces of the story were coming together, especially after the release of Terrifying 3which seems to establish Sienna as the only force capable of defeating Art and sets the stakes for yet another installment. When it comes to the uncertainty surrounding Art the Clown or Jonathan’s fate, audiences will have to wait and see how it all plays out.
