Why Marty Supreme is an exciting project
This is Josh Safdie’s first solo film in years
While I can’t say when Marty Supreme Will come out, I will wait for the film. While Safdie has directed solo projects before, it will be the first time the director has done so since 2008. It will also be Safdie’s first solo directorial venture since the announcement of the creative split with brother Benny. We have already seen some of what Benny can do on his own through his work on the curse and acting in Oppenheimer. Josh, on the other hand, has been less active, making the quality of his solo work an enticing unknown for Marty Supreme.
