With the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU)
introducing so many new heroes throughout the Multiverse Saga, many people are asking Jenna Ortega to be cast in a role, but I just found out that she joined 11 years ago. As the MCU has grown, the monumental franchise’s cast of heroes and villains has exploded. While only six Avengers laid the foundation for this universe, dozens more have since been introduced, and with the MCU’s popularity exploding, many of Hollywood’s most talented stars are getting involved.
One of those stars, Jenna Ortega, has recently been a prominent point of discussion as someone who should join the MCU. As a young actress, incredibly versatile in her performances and recognized as committed and talented, she would be a great addition to the MCU. But luckily, Ortega actually joined the MCU in 2013 as part of Iron Man 3.
Jenna Ortega’s star has risen enormously in recent years
Jenna Ortega has been the target of viral success
Although Jenna’s career has started to take off in recent years, she has been performing for most of her younger years. Her first screen credits came back in 2012, when the actress was given a small role in two separate TV shows. Since then, she has worked, with Minor TV and film roles spanning nearly 10 yearsbut it was only recently that his career really began to take off in Hollywood.
It’s fair to say that Wednesdaythe most popular English-language show on Netflix by a considerable advantage (via Netflix), was the show that launched Jenna Ortega’s career in space. She plays the lead role and her performance has received critical acclaim as well as generating a variety of viral trends online. This led to other notable roles, such as in Beetle juice Beetle juiceand several future works, but also revitalized his previous work. Ortega had a prominent role Scream in 2022 and in the sequel, she starred X alongside Mia Goth, and she was a big part You season 2.
I just realized Jenna Ortega had a small role in Iron Man 3 over 11 years ago
Jenna Ortega starred in Iron Man 3
And of course, Ortega’s first theatrical debut in any feature film came in the prestigious ranks of the MCU. In 2013, Ortega took on his third role, aged just 11. Your role in Iron Man 3 may not have had much prominence, with the actress appearing on screen for less than 30 seconds and without any dialogue, but it is It’s no small achievement to land a role in the MCU. And of course, despite her age, she was no ordinary extra, as Ortega played the vice president’s daughter who was born with one leg.
The scene clearly draws attention to the fact that the Vice President has a strong personal motivation for wanting to see the Extremis program succeed. Extremis was an initiative that Aldritch Killian and Maya Hansen hoped to use to change the world of medicine and help individuals who had lost limbs, or were born without them, to be able to regrow those appendages. And due to Ortega’s important connection with this plot, the young actress had the camera focused on her in the most expansive franchise in the world.
I still hope the MCU brings Jenna Ortega back for a new, bigger role
There’s a perfect MCU role for Jenna Ortega
However, with Ortega’s talents now being discovered through her starring roles, it would be worth revisiting bringing the actress into the MCU in a bigger, more demanding role. One role that seems to be mentioned repeatedly is the character White Tiger. Ava Ayala aka White Tigeris a heroine who gets her powers from a special amulet. However, Ava was not the first person to receive the title of White Tiger. Before Ava, there was Hector Ayala, the original White Tiger.
In the comics, Hector is typically portrayed as Ava’s brother, while other iterations and animated shows have altered the story to have Ava as Hector’s daughter. In both cases, there have been periods where Hector and Ava served as heroes simultaneously, but mostly, it remains one or the other. The next Daredevil series is expected to feature Hector Ayala, so it might be the perfect time to organize events to bring Jenna Ortega like the White Tiger in UCM for the future.
