Meanwhile, the prisoner cuts a smile in his own mouth and laughs, and he becomes the successor of Arthur Fleck. Joker: Folie à Deux Ends with Arthur Fleck dead on the ground. While the prisoner’s “Glasgow Smile” Giving him a resemblance to Heath Ledger’s Joker, his identity is never revealed.
