Both Shangri-la border and KonoSuba are some of the lightest shows out there. There are no real problems with either series and that’s what gives them both such wide appeal. The writing in both series is also excellent, allowing the characters to develop in a fun way, genuine relationships with each other through biting jokes and backhanded compliments.
While Shangri-la border is more focused on action than KonoSuba, That doesn’t mean isekai series are strangers to good fights. They are also two anime characters who enjoy battle more than most, facing the most difficult situations with a smile on their faces.
Although Shadow and Sunraku are relatively independent, they rely on their friends from time to time to help them get the job done. Both are also trying to discover more about the world they find themselves in, and are often at the center of most of their respective series’ plot points.
