Spy (2015)
Jason Statham as Rick Ford
Spy was a hilarious espionage crime comedy that saw Melissa McCarthy portray a 40-year-old, single, desk-bound CIA analyst who breaks away from her boring day-to-day existence to become a real-life spy. With a story about recovering a stolen portable nuclear device, writer-director Paul Feig has plenty of laughs from this well-worn concept and Showcasing the rarely-appreciated comedic talents of Jason Statham. As Rick Ford, Statham played a grizzled CIA agent. Operator who believes himself to be flawless while he is the one constantly making mistakes.
One of the most impressive things about Spy was the way Statham leans into his action hero persona for maximum comedic effect and it was enjoyable to see him make fun of himself in this manner. Spy has a lot of potential for a sequel and Feig even said in 2015 that he had started writing one (via Guardian.) Although this has yet to materialize, it would be incredible to see Statham reprise this uniquely hilarious character.

Homefront (2013)
Jason Statham as Phil Broker
Homefront was an action movie that had serious potential as a franchise starter for Jason Statham and Sylvester Stallone. However, the adaptation of a novel by Chuck Logan made the fatal mistake of buying his screenplay on the final entry in a long-running series that could have led to many movies with Statham as the retired DEA agent Phil Broker. While the finality of Homefront Making a sequel unlikely from the start, the wealth of material from Logan means there is a lot of potential to turn it into a series in the form of prequels.
Homefront Underwhelming critical reception also meant that a follow-up movie was unlikely, which was a real shame as it acted as an enjoyable homage to classic action thrillers of the past. while screenwriter Stallone and his star Statham continued to work together On The Expendables series, it would be nice to see them also more the world of broker. Currently, there are no plans for a Homefront Sequel, but with a back catalog filled with incredible action movies, this would be a great one to return to.

Jason Statham as Chev Chelios
More than any other film, Crank was an action movie with the look and feel of a video game as Jason Statham engaged in some Grand Theft Auto-esque carnage. The sequel Crank: High voltage Kept the intensity as Chev had one hour to find a replacement heart after he was abducted, and it was switched with an artificial one.

Like these Former Special Forces operative Frank MartinIt was thrilling to watch Statham take down guns, find love and engage in increasingly outrageous misadventures. Over the course of three films, Statham has a lot to say Transporter fighting scenes, and it would be thrilling to see him reprise his role in a longer sequel.
While The transporter Series attempted to reboot itself with Ed Skrein in the leading role, part of the appeal of the franchise was Statham’s star power.
