One Piece fans receive devastating news with anime hiatus announcement

The pacing in the Fishman Island arc was terrible and extremely slow, so this new version is a very welcome improvement on the controversial arc.

A new ending song will be featured, courtesy of popular boyband BE:FIRST. The re-issue will begin airing on October 27, 2024.

Still, fans of the series will be shocked to learn that the One piece Anime will not be on air for such a long time. However, this will give the manga time to proceed, meaning that the adaptation won’t have to use filler or padding to gain time. This also means that the anime staff will hopefully have more time available and a lighter schedule, which will guarantee that the incredible quality that One piece Has been delivering will be maintained in the future.
