Sister Wives Season 19’s Robyn Brown’s Victim Mentality Has Gone Too Far (She’s Too Self-Centered)

Sister Wives season 19 was incredibly difficult for Kody Brown and his only remaining wife, Robyn Brown, and the victim mentality Robyn adopted went too far with how self-centered she has become. Throughout the race Sister wives, Robyn has been one of the most interesting parts of the series for some of the most difficult reasons. The series documented Robyn’s official entry into the Brown family following her marriage to Kody in 2014, which led to the collapse of her marriages to her three original wives, Meri Brown, Janelle Brown and Christine Brown.

Living in a pre-existing plural family, Kody’s marriages to Christine, Janelle, and Meri followed their own paths over the years, but things grew more hostile and volatile between the couples as time went on. Kody’s marriage to Christine ended first followed by his marriage to Janelle and Meri while his marriage to Robyn remains strong. Although Robyn entered the family saying she wanted to be part of a plural marriage, she didn’t want to share her new husband. Robyn’s desire for monogamy destroyed her relationships, and throughout Sister Wives season 19 could continue to ruin Kody’s life.

Robyn has always played the victim of the Brown family

She’s looking for everyone’s attention

Although Robyn has been discussed as the answer to Kody’s problems and the source of his happiness in many instances, Sister Wivesshe was always her own problem. Although Robyn has come into Kody’s life and seemingly shown him what it’s like to love someone, her behavior with the rest of the Brown family has been much less positive. Despite being in the most advantageous position in her plural marriage while it was still taking place, Robyn always looked at herself as if she was in the backgroundpaving the way upwards.

Although Robyn is openly Kody’s favorite wife, her victim mentality has caused many to have a severe lack of interest in her stories. Instead of acknowledging that his actions are one of the issues causing the Brown family’s dysfunction, Robyn consistently victimizes herself and makes every problem possible on her. Seeking attention from the rest of the family when it isn’t necessary, Robyn is self-centered in a way that alienates the rest of the family.

Although Robyn and Kody’s wedding took place a decade ago, she recently shared that she didn’t feel like her marriage was about her. Marrying into a plural family, Robyn had to share the spotlight with the other Sister Wives at times, which made it clear that she was not the center of attention. While Robyn is technically right in some ways, she’s wrong in the fact that the wedding was about her being welcomed into the family, and everyone was considering her and not themselves. Robyn, who overwhelmingly accepts every slight, seems to believe her marriage was a sacrifice.

Robyn is looking for reasons to be the victim

She is not suffering in the way she claims

Robyn’s behavior is not surprising, as your victim mentality is something that prevails in Sister Wives from the beginningbut his range in finding reasons to be a victim is impressive. Robyn has reached a point in her life where her relationship has become monogamous, which she seemed to want from the beginning, and can have her husband all to herself instead of sharing him with other wives. While Robyn may be looking for any possible reason to be the victim, her time Sister Wives made it clear that she is not a victim in her current situation.
