Valley of the StarsThe game’s 1.6 update increased the number of players who can join a single farm to eight, which can quickly fill a farm with cute cabins. However, This isn’t the only way players can expand the population on their farms. Players have found another way to increase the number of characters on their farm, creating the ultimate farming community. With everyone together and this strategy in place, JoJo Mart never stood a chance.
By inviting the maximum number of multiplayer farmers, players could own a farm with eight cabins. While having an entire neighborhood of adorable cabins together is a novelty in itself, players can populate this new neighborhood with spouses and children all of local origin from the valley. In fact, it is possible to have all the bachelors and bachelorettes living on a single farm as one big, happy pastoral family.
Stardew Valley lets you invite villagers
As many villagers as a farm can support
Players were always able to invite at least one villager live with them on the farm through marriage. Marrying any of the romance options will permanently move that character to the farm, where they will have their own specially decorated room and outdoor area for their unique hobbies. But having a single spouse around to water the plants (which the sprinkler already does) and receive gifts of food (which the fridge is already full of) just isn’t enough after all this time.
As shared by Redditor WLORPlayers can create a rival village to Pelican Town by inviting the maximum number of friends to a farm in multiplayer mode. When there are seven friends – if someone has seven friends to play with Valley of the Stars com – everyone can choose their favorite bachelor or bachelorette to come and live on the farm. If you and your seven friends get married, you can reach the maximum number of villagers living on your farm: eight.
From then on, every romantic NPC will live on the farm and can further increase the population by having children. It can be difficult to get a group of friends to choose a different spouse, especially when it comes to fan favorites like Haley, Abigail, and Sebastian.
How to invite residents to live on your farm
Create a Farming Village in Stardew Valley
The only way to get all eight villagers living on a farm is through marriage. This is done the traditional way, by earning hearts from an NPC until a player can propose wearing a mermaid pendant. After an NPC marries a player, he moves into his house and starts living on the farm. Each of the multiplayer farmers will need to upgrade their hut to marry one of the NPCs, but once this is done, players will be able to enjoy the presence of each romantic NPC. Valley of the Stars offers.
Fortunately, NPCs will remain on the farm even after your spouse is logged out, so the farm will remain full of NPCs no matter who is logged in. This incredible strategy to steal all the villagers of Pelican Town is currently only available on PC, as 1.6 won’t be coming to console until later this year. Thanks to the many updates from 1.6 to Valley of the StarsYour farm can now feel as lived-in and cozy as the rest of the city.
