Bateman spends most of his time dining at popular restaurants, working out, and following a very specific self-care routine, all this covering up his psychopathic tendencies. Bateman eventually gives in to his murderous desires, and although he does what he can to cover his tracks, things quickly escalate and his bloodlust becomes uncontrollable.
There are no further plot details about Victorian Psychopath have been revealed, but so far, feels like a gender-bent version of the Victorian Era American Psycho. It remains to be seen how far Winifred’s actions will go and, mainly, whether she will be caught or whether she will have a twist and a confusing ending like that of American Psycho.
