90 Day Fiancé: Up to 90 Days star Faith Ghatok Thulod is my favorite cast member. from Season 7 and she continues to remind me of Rose Vega who dated Big Ed Brown. Faith is a ladyboy born male. Her name used to be Rodney, and even as a child she felt like a little girl. Faith spoke about the difficulties she faced as a ladyboy in the Philippines, where conservative laws do not allow a person to change their gender. Faith explained that a ladyboy would be someone who had not yet undergone any procedures.
Faith met Lauren Allen from Las Vegas on a dating app. Lauren is a 33-year-old man who was married and divorced before meeting Faith. I don’t think Faith knows about Lauren’s past because there are a lot of things in his present that he hasn’t told his girlfriend. the worst thing Lauren could do to Faith was to keep her in the dark about having multiple partners. She only found out about this six months later, when Lauren came to see her in person at Up to 90 days.
Faith and Rose are both from the Philippines.
Vera from Manila
Faith lives in Manila, Philippines. She works at Bay Area Suites and is the hotel’s executive officer, where she is also responsible for the housekeeping department, monitoring all rooms, coordinating events, and managing maintenance and kitchen facilities. I remember Rose didn’t live in Manila like Faith did. but in Caloocan, a city in Metro Manila in the Philippines. It is a large suburb in the north of Metro Manila, adjacent to Manila. However, both Faith and Rose are proud to be Filipino, strong-willed, community- and family-oriented.
Vera is an independent woman who supports her family
Rose also helped her sister in her store
While Lauren was financially irresponsible and went broke despite working full-time and having three jobs, Faith managed her time and money well. I was impressed when she told me that on her off days she worked as a magician. Faith is also a puppeteer, makeup artist and performance artist by profession. Faith lives in the same hotel where she works. Not only does she have a stable job, she lives there for free and can therefore send money back her family. At the time of her debut, Rose was a single mother to four-year-old Prince.
“Our life is simple and small.”
Rose lived in a house without a kitchen or toilet, and the family slept on the floor. Rose stole my heart when she said that. Even though she had a hard life, she followed her mantra: “be positive.» Rose lives with her sister Maria in a two-room house. It was in the back of her sister’s store and Rose was helping Maria in the store. Maria is like a second mother to her. Both Faith and Rose are very close to their family. Their beaming smiles and graceful demeanor made them favorites of viewers like me.
Partners deceived Faith and Rose
Will Rose’s journey inspire faith?
Although Faith and Rose were open-hearted and did not associate with American men for green cards or money, their partners took advantage of their courtesy and seemed to see them only as objects of desire. Lauren shamelessly talked about Faith’s private parts while explaining why he dates trans women. I was stunned when he cited her body as the reason he fell in love with her. but I was disgusted when he said that he was cheating and sleeps with people behind her back. Lauren hoped to continue his practice after moving to the Philippines.
Connected
Lauren talked about how he would convince Faith to enter into a polygamous relationship. He told Faith that he was staying at other people’s houses, not that he was sleeping with these people, so he would have a place to stay. Lauren was poor and homeless, and Faith knew nothing about it. He wanted to move to the Philippines and find a job there. He even contracted a sexually transmitted disease before he flew to meet Faith, but kept it a secret from her until she felt comfortable enough to kiss him. Faith has been deceived and lied to about many things.
Rose was in the same boat as Faith. Her boyfriend asked her to shave her legs in exchange for a kiss. Big Ed gave Rose a toothbrush and toothpaste for bad breath, which was a symptom of an ulcer. He humiliated Rose by telling her to get an STD test. Meanwhile, Big Ed wasn’t being honest with Rose. about his growth and the fact that he will not have children with her over his vasectomy plans. Despite how their partners treated them, Rose and Lauren never once let the situation wipe the smile off their faces.
Will Faith leave Lauren like Rose did with Big Ed?
Faith must choose her freedom over Lauren.
Rose decided enough was enough when all the hurtful things Big Ed said to her about her family, her house, her sister, etc. became too much for her to bear. She received loud applause from fans like me when she told him exactly why she was disappointed in him. The next morning, she left the Palawan resort where they were staying and stopped answering his phone calls. Rose I didn’t want to waste time on a person who didn’t appreciate her. She gave Big Ed many chances, but she could no longer forgive him.
“You hurt me. You’re lying [to] me again and again and again, so I can’t want to continue this relationship. This is the last time [you hurt me] because I’m done. Yes,” Rose told the Arkansas resident.
Faith saying those words to Lauren is music to my ears. I want to see Faith confront Lauren rather than cry about how he broke her heart. Lauren doesn’t deserve a redemption arc. He had already greatly offended sweet, intelligent and kind-hearted Vera when all she needed was a guy who could understand her and give her the love she had craved for 30 years. I understand you, Faith. I understand the pain you feel after Lauren betrayed you, but nothing would make me happier than reading about your breakup with him.
