When Selling sunset star Nicole Young started a rumor that Emma Hernan was having an affair with a married man, the glitzy reality series became more like a Netflix thriller about infidelity. Marcella. Suddenly Emma found herself a femme fatale, locked in some dark trap. Fatal attraction– stylistic drama. However, Emma is not a vengeful “burner bunny.” She says Nicole knew the dating rumors were false even before she spoke about it on the show. This wasn’t the only wild encounter featured on the show—not by a long shot. These ultra-competitive realtors are always at each other’s throats.
The O Group realtors seem to embrace the “law of the jungle” rather than laid-back California cool.
Sometimes ambition, like greed, brings out the worst in people. On Selling sunsetpower and coldness, hard money – these are the engines that lead to so many gross misconduct. As real estate agents fight for listings and commissions, they step on each other’s toes. Nicole isn’t the only one who has stooped to try and unseat her rival. Many of the show’s villains, including the devilish Christine Quinn, known for her icy “Villanelle from Killing Eve” atmosphere, created problems, to achieve success, or just for the sake of sport.

Emma Hernan was accused of cheating twice
She’s always a lightning rod for controversy
Emma is clearly present Selling sunsetor so it was until Nicole decided to stop minding her own business. In the process, she became O Group’s Regina George. Yes it was Mean Girls time, and maybe Nicole did it all for clout. For some reason, she started trashing the fun empanada queen who once qualified for the Olympics. Emma didn’t make the Olympic team, but the coaches could have selected her if they wanted. Now she has to defend herself instead of focusing on the life she clearly enjoys living.
This wasn’t the only time Emma was accused of cheating. Back when Christina was on the show, she said that Emma slept with her boyfriend. Emma denied this too. Christina could barely stand Emma and found it difficult to deal with someone she considered an evil traitor. In fact, Christina, who is usually very calm and cool, became very angry around Emma.
So there were two counts of fraud against it. Selling sunset cast, both of which Emma denied. An interesting fact is that they said the same thing about her twice. This doesn’t happen to everyone. Emma will have to work hard to convince the world that her hands are clean. She must hate Nicole for stooping so low.
Chrishell Stause can’t stand Nicole and doesn’t want to be on the show with her anymore. She doesn’t want to be around her, considering her a troublemaker and
“snake”,
according to E Online. So, the feud between Emma and Nicole has sparked rumors that maybe the script Selling sunset will end. With such success, it’s highly unlikely, but Nicole may not return. The producers may have to choose between Chrishell and Nicole, and Chrishell is a big star. Of course, all this drama only makes the series more popular. Adding spice to the scandal is Chrishell, who says that there is “receipts” this proves that Nicole is a liar.

Alanna Gold ruined a great first impression
Then her boss Jason Oppenheim made fun of her
Alanna came looking like the elegant fashion model she once was, all in cool pantsuits. She avoided overly made-up, bright and Absolutely amazing the type of atmosphere that some realtors have. She was not a victim of fashion. She didn’t wear any clothes. Some of her co-stars including “non-existent skirt” fan (to borrow a funny phrase from Bridget Jones’s Diary) Chelsea Lazkani always puts their money where their mouth is with their style. It’s so Los Angeles, but still… Emma’s sophistication has given her a fashion edge over her competitors.
The time Alanna spent in the modeling business was well spent: experts taught her how to dress and do makeup. Sometimes less actually means more.
She also didn’t seem like a drama queen, which was nice for a change. However, soon enough, Selling sunsetAlanna Gold showed everyone that she is just as bad as the rest, if not worse. In fact, Alanna’s embarrassing mistake in Pioneertown is so notorious that Jason, her boss, wore a T-shirt that said “I Own Pioneertown” to the gym. He nonchalantly distanced himself from the gaffe.
This showdown between Alanna and Jason is a little milder than some of the feuds on this list. However, there is definitely a sting to it. Alanna probably hated the fact that her boss was wearing that shirt.
Connected
Alanna acted like a horse-riding queen on the show, making it seem like she owned the western town she led the gang to. She doesn’t. It has been around for 78 years. The townspeople were furious when they saw Selling sunsetand called her on Instagram. Alanna thought:
-
desperate for attention and fame
-
confused (this is a charitable point of view)
-
embarrassing
She apologized and they agreed. So, that drama is over, but Alanna may end up holding a grudge against the boss who seemed to love making fun of her.

Chrishell is no longer friends with Bre Tiezi
Mysterious trial sparks conflict between two women
Chrishell took to Snapchat to talk about her feud with Bre. Chrisells she’s had her fair share of feuds, and now she’s feuding with Bre Tiezi as well. This is a recent development. In fact, the drama erupted after Selling sunset season 8. Apparently, according to Bre’s Snapchat Q&A, a lawsuit involving Bre caused a rift between them. Chrishell, who (it must be said) seems to enjoy stirring things up from time to time, said that some of the details of the lawsuit made her turn away from Bre.
At the moment, the conflict is vague – much remains to be revealed. However, according to a post at the Snapchat event, Chrishell said:
“I have inside knowledge that disappointed me when I learned about some things.”
It doesn’t sound too good, but it’s extremely vague. Yes, Bre is related to Chelsea Lazkani, who disgraced her, but Bre has never seemed like the main villain of the series.
Something serious happened to Bre, but the details are still vague. The fallout from the drama led to Bre being sued by three former employees. Apparently, Chrishell didn’t like what she heard about Bre regarding the lawsuit—which is why she doesn’t want to be around her. This is, of course, interesting, although mysterious.
New facts may emerge, but Chrishell vs. Bre is definitely an unusual feud that could turn into a major storyline next season. Selling sunset Season 9 hasn’t been officially renewed, but it probably will. If that happens, Chrishell could be juggling several feuds, or at least a couple, provided Nicole returns to make some noise again.

Chelsea Lazkani gets into a war with Jeff Lazkani
Where did their love happen?
Chelsea wears the above “non-existent skirt” in the post above, demonstrating enviable confidence. However, her split from Jeff Lazkani was not easy. The fallout still lingers after Jeff was accused of cheating on Chelsea at a Hollywood hotel. Chelsea is allowed to experience grief. She believed in this man, and since she filed for divorce, it looks like he betrayed her. However, Chelsea was too complacent before her marriage ended.
Now the feuds Chelsea has on the show pale in comparison to her personal ones War of the Roses – remember this movie? It starred Michael Douglas and Kathleen Turner and depicted the breakdown of a marriage. Jeff accuses Chelsea of domestic violence. She tells the world that she orchestrated the revelation of the cheating rumors with Bre. Yes, it became very disgusting. This ex-couple has kids, so maybe they should tone it down.

Christina scolded Chrishell for gossiping about Mary Bonnet’s relationship
Christina thought Chrishell was ‘shady and crazy’
Selling sunset we need divas. The show would be a real sleep-fest if the women didn’t behave badly. That’s why Christina added so much entertainment value. However, like the Grinch, her heart was often three sizes too small. The black-hearted villain was roaming around the O Group office like a big cat in the jungle, looking for her prey. One of her targets was Chrishell, who had built a good life after years of hardship. Chrishell was a pleasant, hardworking and sincere person, and Christina did everything she could to bring out the beast in this enchanting beauty.
However, Chrishell is still here—she’s not going down without a fight. Inside the soap queen’s body is a good brain and a bit of grit. One of the most outrageous things Christine did was gossip about Romain Bonnet, Mary Fitzgerald’s then boyfriend. She chatted about the relationship with the always rude Davina Potratz. Davina pressed Christina for information, wanting to know if the handsome Frenchman who had once modeled for Wilhemina in Europe was a gold digger. Christina then informed everyone about this conversation.
Chrishell attacked her for hurting Mary by gossiping about Romain. In terms of how often Christina and Chrishell fought, this was just the tip of the iceberg. However, it showed how different the two women were. Chrishell may be a drama queen like the others, but she can be loyal. Christina is faithful… to Christina. Because of all these shenanigans, Chrishell blocked Christina on social media.

Bre was shamed by another mother
Chelsea Lazkani should have kept her mouth shut
It was unpleasant when one mother pursued another. Selling sunset – could there be anything more tasteless? Not really. Moms should stick together and not judge each other. That’s why it was actually weird and off-putting when Chelsea took it upon herself to call out Bre for having a baby with someone.
Bre’s baby’s father is Nick Cannon. He has children from many mothers – in fact he has 12 children from 6 different mothers. Chelsea doesn’t approve of Nick’s lifestyle. She thinks he’s made “destroyed houses” The irony is that Chelsea now also has a broken home due to her divorce from Jeff.
Bre didn’t like hearing that from Chelsea. It was so rude. They’re colleagues – her views on parenting and Bre’s losing the ball are completely inappropriate. It’s none of her business. Chelsea sometimes goes overboard: her husband says she’s cruel, Bre thinks she’s disgusting. In Chelsea’s eyes, her smugness is simply confidence. She knows best. The thing is, she doesn’t.

Jason and Brett Oppenheim “Break Up” (Brett left Group O)
Jason and Brett co-founded the agency
Jason and Brett have a strong sibling rivalry. They love each other, but they compete. Brett eventually bailed out the Oppenheim Group, which he founded with his twin brother Jason. Jason left in the third season, saying it was just a career. He insisted it wasn’t personal.
However, one of the twins cannot leave the business they shared with the other without making it personal. Jason and Brett are tough, smart guys, and they’ve probably had a lot of fights over the years. Perhaps it was too much togetherness. Brett wanted the freedom to try something new, but his departure sure ruffled feathers.
Jason claims they still work together, but says his brother doesn’t compete with him. He believes that the prominent villainess, Christine, was trying to make people believe they were at war. However, the energy the brothers put into trying to make people think they’re okay as siblings and colleagues seems excessive. It’s like they’re trying too hard to prove something, even when the facts say otherwise. There was a slight cognitive dissonance.
The brothers probably have problems, but they love each other. They showed off their sibling rivalry on screen and in a Reddit thread started by Mia_Magentafans felt their dynamic was a bit skewed. Of course, being twins, they will have a very deep and almost magical understanding of each other. However, knowing another person so well can also have a downside.
My favorite moment of the entire season 7 was the INSANE little argument between Jason and Brett! It’s so funny to watch them when they disagree!!!
I think they both had some pretty good moments! Brett’s concerns about the colossal amount Jason spent on the new office and the time it will take them to finish the job are entirely reasonable. I’d be worried too. And Jason, as a businessman, takes risks and ultimately succeeds.
Brett’s reaction to the dirty sidewalk was golden!!!
So yes, they work together, but they’re not exactly cute. Brett tries to rein in his brother, while Jason probably feels his vision for his business is solid. Maybe Brett is smart and Jason likes to take risks. For some reason, they seem strangely competitive with each other, especially since they are clearly very rich already.

Chrishell became entangled with Marie-Lou Nurk, now Jason’s ex.
The young woman thought Chrishell was unfriendly
According to Electronic news clip above, via TikTok Jason’s exes don’t always get along. When Chrishell and Marie-Lou started fighting, Marie-Lou was still dating Jason but felt insecure. She never felt safe with him. Her concerns about the relationship seemed to increase when Chrishell was around. Being close to Chrishell seemed to trigger Marie-Lou. She became very whiny and complained to Jason about Chrishell’s unfriendliness. However, Chrishell was never unkind to the young woman.
So many clashes happened Selling sunset epic of the seasons. While they add some electricity and excitement, some of the actors should be ashamed of themselves. The way they gossiped, blamed and shamed is not something to brag about. It’s low-brow, and while the show is supposed to be about high-end elegance, the stars of the show aren’t afraid to stoop very, very low.
