It can often feel like there’s no bad month for video games, with big AAA titles being released throughout the year and surprise releases hitting gamers like the colorful Mario and Luigi: Brotherhood. One of the biggest releases of November 2024 is Mario and Luigi: Brotherhooda surprise return for the long-dormant franchise that gained popularity on the Nintendo DS. Of course, for those who want something longer, there is the beautiful Dragon Quest 3 Remake falling in mid-November. This is a complete remake of the iconic and classic DQ3giving fans a complete visual overhaul with lots of quality of life improvements and newcomers a look at one of the best Dragon Quest games already made. It’s fair to say that Dragon Quest 3 is shaping up to be one of the best JRPGs of the year, and that’s saying a lot considering fans have already gotten the excellent Dragon’s Dogma 2 and Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth.
For those wanting something less traditional, Path of Exile 2 is also falling in November. Players will certainly have plenty to occupy themselves throughout the month, especially those who have already poured thousands of hours into the original game. Path of Exile. It’s hard to imagine that RPG fans will be able to fit it into their busy schedule with Dragon Age: Guard of the Veil release just a few weeks earlier. However, for those who want to check it out, Path of Exile 2 will go into early access for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on Friday, November 15th.
