Boruto has already ruined the ending of two Blue Vortex with a huge spoiler about its big villain

Throughout the Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes manga, many new and old villains have appeared to remind fans how much of a threat they are to the world. From the selfish android Code to the morbidly curious Jura, the series has no shortage of imposing and dangerous villains for the heroes to fight.

Among the antagonists of this beloved series, Momoshiki is perhaps the most intriguing as almost nothing is known about his current plans to surpass Boruto’s body. Still, the series may have already revealed that the powerful member of the feared Otsutsuki clan will not be a big problem during the story, as the protagonist will have dealt with him before the end.

Boruto was shown to have control over his karma in the final fight

Momoshiki doesn’t seem to control Boruto during his final fight with Kawaki

Chapter #1 of Boruto the manga gave fans a glimpse of what can be expected during the final battle between the protagonist and Kawaki. Surrounded by a destroyed Hidden Leaf Village, the two characters prepare to battle until the bitter end. During this little moment, Both Boruto and Kawaki can be seen using their Karma Marks to increase their power, as they did several times throughout the series. It’s a devastating scene that reveals that there is no salvation for Kawaki, as he is willing to die to maintain his ideals.

However, the timing also provides less direct but still crucial information about Two blue vorticesthe story. During chapter 9 of the second part, Boruto revealed that he is unable to use his Karma mark due to fear of Momoshiki taking control of his body. This topic was brought up again in Chapter 15, during which Naruto’s son told Kawaki that he could feel the alien trying to take control of him whenever the technique was activated.

The fact that he can use this ability during the flashforward in Chapter 1 of the original series proves that this won’t be a problem in the future. While Momoshiki’s defeat at some point was almost guaranteed given that villains rarely win in the franchise, this revelation could make any conflict with the alien seem less shocking to readers. What is at stake during any battle or interaction with the Otsutsuki will not have a lasting impact as fans will know that Boruto will find a way to defeat or control him in the end.

Momoshiki may choose to ally with Boruto

The alien could help its host like Kurama did his father

Momoshiki gives Boruto his karma after he was defeated.

While the fact that Boruto had control over his mark of Karma during the final battle against Kawaki could imply that Momoshiki was defeated at that point, this is not the only possibility. THE naruto The franchise is widely known for having heroes who never give up on saving or redeeming their villains. The best-known example of this phenomenon is the Seventh Hokage himself, who found a way to turn the formidable and cruel Nine-Tailed Fox into a close friend. The fandom went from hating Kurama to celebrating his sudden and enigmatic rebirth.

Momoshiki has been a burden to Boruto for much of the series, but that could change during these crucial times for the world. The Otsutsuki may realize that defeating Jura and the Sensible God Trees is the only way to ensure their return and willingly cooperate with their host. If Boruto follows the path set by his father in the past, this reluctant alliance could become a genuine friendship over time. Momoshiki could become a loyal friend and partner like Kurama once was to Narutoeven if this evolution was perhaps too predictable.

This would greatly help Boruto in his quest to stop the Sentient God Trees and Kawaki. What’s more, this may be the only way for the protagonist to overcome his former friend, who will receive an unnatural power-up in the next chapters. By having Momoshiki by his side, Boruto would be able to use the full power of his Karma mark without worrying about losing control of his powers. However, this last possibility is the least likely to occur, as the Otsutsuki have been nothing if not antagonistic towards their host.

Momoshiki will remain as one of the Boruto: Two Blue Vortexesof the most enigmatic characters for a long time until the series decides it’s time to reveal their intentions. Even though the reveal of the alien won’t be a significant part of the finale, it still seems important to the plot. Your actions could define the protagonist’s future, forcing him to face his demons or giving him a powerful ally.
