Natalie has lived in the US for almost five years. Natalie came to Sequim to marry Mike Youngquist, whom she met through mutual friends. Natalie and Mike were complete opposites, but their differences drove them apart. Natalie wanted to be a Hollywood star and Mike dreamed of living on a farm. Natalie left Mike in December 2020 and started dating Josh Weinstein.
Despite dumping Mike just months after marrying him, Natalie refused to divorce him. Mike finally filed for divorce in December 2023 and served his papers The single life season 4.

Natalie confirmed that her mother is still in America with her. Her latest stories showed Natalie posing at the Trump National Golf Club in Los Angeles. Neither Natalie nor Mike loved each other. He had fallen in love with her after her constant complaints and accusations of cheating on her.
Natalie was still married to Mike when she met Josh. That was the reason why Josh refused to acknowledge her as his girlfriend. Natalie still stayed with him and used his money to finance her lavish lifestyle. When Mike got tired of Natalie taking him out, he decided to serve her with divorce papers. Mike also met a woman he wanted to marry and couldn't do so as Natalie was still his legal wife.
