90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days star Faith Tudoc wanted to move to the US on a K-1 visa after learning he couldn't marry Loren Allen in Thailand. Faith is a 30-year-old Filipina ladyboy who currently stars in the 7th season of the spin-off. Faith and Loren, 34, met on a dating app six months before filming began. Loren hid some secrets from Faith, such as her interest in polygamy and her lack of funds.
Loren was homeless in America. He was accused of not paying child support. Faith didn't see this as a red flag. She separated from him after he disappointed her by revealing his infidelity towards her. After a brief period of “friends,” Faith accepted Loren as her boyfriend again. Loren, who wanted to leave behind her life in America forever, thought of this as an opportunity to never leave the Philippines again. Loren decided to marry Faith immediately and secure his future in her country.

Faith fell for Loren's magic tricks
Faith broke up with Loren after her confession about having gonorrhea from having multiple partners in her relationship. However, Faith quickly accepted Loren's proposal when he presented her with a ring performing a magic trick. She seemed to have forgotten about his infidelities and the fact that he was homeless and bankrupt in the US. Faith stated that she wanted to keep his love with Loren “forever." She was perhaps worried that she would never find someone who would accept her as a ladyboy if she left her first boyfriend.
Loren's plan to marry Faith in Thailand didn't work out
The Philippines has not recognized gay marriage
Loren and Faith were unable to get married in the Philippines because the country does not legally recognize same-sex unions. Loren even had the idea that he could marry Faith's mother so he could continue living in the Philippines. Since that was out of the question, Loren and Faith went to consult an immigration lawyer in episode 17 to figure out the best way for Loren to stay in the Philippines with Faith forever. They thought they could get married in Thailand. However, the lawyer informed them: “There is currently no law in Thailand that allows same-sex marriage.”
The lawyer informed Loren that they could find other jurisdictions where gay marriage was legal, and Faith did not need a visa to arrive. They mentioned Taiwan, but added that the spouse visa they could acquire in Taiwan would be recognized in the US and not in the Philippines. Faith admitted to the cameras: “I know this isn't what Lauren wanted to hear, but I always considered living in America.” She thought about the opportunities she could find and use to help her family. The best visa for the couple would have been the K-1 visa.

Did Loren get Faith a K-1 visa?
Loren had no money. He didn't want to go back to the US. He didn't tell Faith that he would never be able to afford the K-1 visa and sponsor Faith. As of December 2024, Loren still appears to be living in Las Vegas and Faith has been posting content from the Philippines on your social networks. THE 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days the couple's current relationship status is also unclear. However, it would be interesting to see if Loren can somehow raise money through fundraisers to take Faith to America if they are still together.
