Why Marvel’s 85 Iconic MCU Moments Are Worth Watching In Its Entirety
Marvel Entertainment’s compilation video proves how far the MCU has come
It’s easy to get distracted by the MCU’s many action-fueled action sequences, but not every memorable Marvel moment necessarily revolves around a battle. Marvel Entertainment’s tribute to the MCU opens with one of Steve Rogers’ most sensitive moments, and continues with the turning point in the main Avengers’ origin stories: Tony Stark’s Iron Man identity reveal, Thor’s banishment to Earth, and Bruce Banner is forced to transform into the Hulk. Marvel’s MCU celebration balances intimate moments with epic action scenes that show how human and how powerful each Marvel hero is.
Marvel’s 85 Iconic Moments video also includes scenes from more recent projects such as Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, moon night, Ms. Marvel. Most of the heroes introduced in Phases 4 and 5 didn’t have enough time to connect with the audience in the same way as many Infinity Saga characters, but their MCU debut appearances raised a fair share of loyal fans. With only one or two MCU credits to their name, characters like Shang-Chi, Moon Knight and Ms. Marvel have earned the right to stand alongside Marvel icons like Iron Man, Captain America and Spider-Man.

Even some of the MCU’s poorly received titles such as Thor: Love and Thunder, Secret invasionAnd She-Hulk: Lawyer are included in Marvel Entertainment’s tribute to the MCU. These titles may not have as many unanimously popular scenes as other movies and shows, but they certainly have more than one moment that struck a chord with audiences. They also prove that their main characters have enough potential for less controversial appearances in future releases.
