After Chef Marcos decided to leave Sailing yacht below deck, The chef position was open to someone new, and chef Ileisha Dell stepped in to serve as the new culinary genius aboard Parsifal III. Although Chef Ileisha was very different from Chef Marcos, her skills were on par with the level that Sailing yacht below deck viewers had seen in the past. As part of Sailing yacht below deck season 4, Chef Ileisha was known for her incredible talent and hard work ethicwhich she took very seriously throughout the charter season.
Working well with the incredibly small kitchen she had at her disposal and utilizing her skills to ensure charter guests' demands were met, Chef Ileisha was excited to be able to work on the challenges of Parsifal III. Although the season's charter guests sometimes struggled with their orders and last minute changes, Chef Ileisha took things in stride and was able to create impressive and memorable dishes. With great attention to detail, Chef Ileisha knew how to work well under pressure.

Her ability to adapt under pressure was often praised by the rest of the crew and Captain Jason Chambers as she ensured a seamless dining experience for charter guests. Chef Tzarina's sense of ease and ability to adapt proved to be his strong work ethic and resilience were invaluable to Below Deck during a chaotic charter season.

As one of Below Deck Mediterranean Most memorable chefs, chef David White was praised by viewers and his crewmates alike, with Captain Sandy Yawn even calling him the best chef she's ever worked with. While Captain Sandy and the rest of the crew faced some difficulties during Below Deck Mediterranean In Season 7, Chef Dave was able to work well within the confines of the problems he saw. Bringing innovation to the kitchen, Chef Dave created menus that were surprising and exciting for charter guestswhich ensured they had a great experience.
