Hogwarts Legacy is full of characters to meet, locations to explore, and secrets to discover – but there are some hidden interactions that players may not realize exist. Of course, considering the massive open-world map, which contains a detailed replica of Hogwarts and a vast expanse of land filled with caves and camps beyond the school walls, finding every interaction is no easy task. However, there are some secret things to do in Hogwarts Legacy which are particularly worth noting as they are especially fascinating.
Although there is a wide variety of missions in Hogwarts LegacyUnfortunately, it can still be easy to get carried away by the repetitive nature of many of the easily found side quests that revolve around a simplistic fetch quest theme. These basic activities ask the player to retrieve an item and return it to the NPC or area that needs it, and can be a bit tiring. For the more curious wizards and witches, however, Hogwarts Legacy also features some hidden activities and missions that have some unique attributes but they are easy to ignore at a glance.

Follow the news with the Daily Prophet
Jemima Collins sells newspapers in Hogsmeade
When visiting Hogsmeade, players may want to stop and Take a look at some of the exclusive newspaper articles that are shared on the Daily Prophet. Walking through the Hogsmeade player village one might naturally ignore Jemima Collins' cries for the villagers to come and get a newspaper and "read all about it." What is quite common background noise in a busy village does not exist just as noise.
The Daily Prophet newspaper is sold throughout the day and features different stories for different days, which are worth a look. Many of these articles, such as one about a basilisk breeder, feature events that can be found in the game. These newspaper stories may not be anything monumental or revolutionary, but they are fun and subtle details to check out during your trips to Hogsmeade.

Get swallowed by a frog statue
An interesting means of transport to hidden locations
There are some seemingly innocuous frog statues that players can pass by multiple times without ever realizing that there is more than meets the eye here. Transformation spell works on vases, animals and more
Turn vases into animals, turn animals into objects, cause all chaos
For a good laugh, and maybe even a few extra bucks, cast the Transformation Spell on different objects and animals in Hogwarts Legacy can be a hilariously pointless thing to do. While the developers clearly had fun with this, it isn't talked about much and often isn't seen until it's done by accident.
One of the best things to launch Transformation are the vases that are scattered throughout the game's treasure chests. Once the spell hits the vase, it has a chance to transform into a random small animal from the game and run away, or on rare occasions, even become a bag of gold. In the same way, Casting the spell on the world's animals can create ridiculous objects like a giant ball of yarn, a barrel with horns, furry cars and more.

Share a fight with a snowman
Magically charged snowball fights
During the winter in Hogwarts Legacy, There's a beautiful atmosphere with snow covering the landscape, although the snowmen in this world could use a little extra holiday magic lighting them up. In truth, If a player uses a basic cast or some spells against the snowman, they may find themselves in a duel. As shown in the YouTube video above by Magno OpusThe stationary snowman will immediately respond when hit by throwing a snowball at his opponent.

Pay a visit to the secret detention chamber
A hidden area with some dark details
Anyone determined to find every page of the game's field guide may have already discovered the Detention Chamber hidden deep within the castle. This hidden room is behind a level two locked door deep within the Slytherin Dungeon, just up the stairs past the Floo Flame of the Grand Lower Staircase. A page from the detention camp guide located inside tells some of the history about how the school used to reprimand students.
The room and field guide page contains a rather depressing look at how physical torture was used at Hogwarts. Fortunately, this has long been abolished, leaving the room itself just a grim reminder of a frightening past. Paintings on the wall of the room will ask anyone who enters to be quiet.

Street musician with growing collection of instruments
Located in Hogsmeade and surrounding villages
One of the most engaging and enchanting features of Hogwarts Legacy it's the incredible attention to small details that the developers have added to the game, many of which are overlooked by most players. Traveling street musician Ernie Lark is a prime example of this. When players see him playing a catchy song on his floating instruments, they have the option to tip him 10 Galleons.
Each time the player sees Ernie and tips him 10 galleons, they may notice that he will get a new instrument at the next meeting if they pay close attention. Although he starts out with a single French horn, he will eventually be able to use a violin, lute, accordion, drum, and even a strange snake-shaped flute. It's a very small detail, spaced out over time, so some Hogwarts Legacy players may not notice this exciting progression.

Climbing the clock tower and more chests
Located inside the Clock Tower
Hogwarts Legacy is full of mysterious puzzles, including many that aren't necessary to complete the game's main quests but make for interesting side activities. Although players visited the clock tower location to duel other students in the Crossed Wands tournament, they were probably too busy casting spell combinations to realize that the giant, swinging pendulum is the key to another puzzle.
By freezing the pendulum according to the symbols on the floor (which correspond to those on the various doors), it is possible to climb to the iconic Clock Tower. If that's not enough reward, players will find some chests as they climb.

Art studio neatly hidden behind another fireplace
Located in the Asa Sul College Tower
It turns out that the secret room behind the library's fireplace isn't the only one of its kind. That an incredibly well-hidden room appears to be an art studio and is filled with hand-drawn sketches depicting various buildings and architecture.

Secret werewolf tapestry room that tells a sad story

The Book of Admission and the Penalty of Acceptance
Located in the headmaster's office at Hogwarts
Solving the Admission Key puzzle is quite complicated, which makes finding the Admission Book in Hogwarts Legacy one of the hardest things to do. Well, well, well, mission
Located close to Aranshire Hamlet
"Well, well, well"is a particularly evasive approach Hogwarts Legacy quest that even some of the most experienced wizards and witches may never encounter. It can only be obtained by exploring the wilderness near the village of Aranshire, south of Hogwarts, where the player can discover a magical, talking well. The well will display an almost comically vague treasure map, depicting a tree in a dilapidated structure (which could realistically be anywhere).
For this reason, few players will find the final location to Hogwarts Legacyis"Well, well, well"quest, which is located under a tree a little southwest of Irondale, near an old magical hotspot. Thanks to the overgeneralized nature of the map, which is of little to no help, most players won't solve it - or even will discover - this secret in Hogwarts Legacy.
