If season 16 of Supernatural Should that happen, there are a variety of characters that could return to the hit show. Since its release in 2005, Supernatural Ran for 15 seasons and followed the story of the Winchester brothers as they saved people and hunted monsters across America. Sam and Dean Winchester have met multiple characters on their journey, and some of them are part of Supernatural's Many Unresolved storylines.
However, after Jack becomes God and the Winchesters are reunited in heaven, Supernatural Season 16 looks unlikely to happen. Even so, that hasn't killed interest in a potential revival of the monster-hunting show. With such a large world, Supernatural May return after another season, and if so, hHere are definitely some characters that should make a comeback Supernatural's Sixteenth season.

Donna Hanscom
Dana has an unresolved storyline
Donna Hanscum first appeared in Supernatural Season 9, Episode 13, "The Cleansing," and she encounters Sam and Dean at Canyon Valley Health Spa where a pistachio secretly sucked the fat out of her. Dana eventually established herself as a seasoned hunter by season 15Quickly becoming friends with Jody Mills due to their shared profession, and often helped the Winchesters when she could.
Wayward sister was a proposal Supernatural spinoff that would have centered around Jody, Donna and Jody's adopted girls.
Donna would be a perfect character to return in a possible season 16 of Supernatural Due to her role in his backdoor pilot episode "Wayward Sisters." Wayward sister was a proposal Supernatural spinoff that would have centered around Jody, Donna and Jody's adopted girls. The episode followed the women as they rescue Sam and Dean from an alternate world, The Bad Place, but failed to produce a spinoff. However, season 16 presents the perfect opportunity for the cheerful Donna to return to the storyline, especially since the sheriff is a less-developed character than the Winchester's motherly friend, Jody Mills.

Garth Fitzgerald IV
Garth is only in six episodes
Garth claims that his introduction to monster hunting happened when he killed a Tooth Fairy while training to become a dentist. Generally working alone, Garth is not a very competent hunter, as seen in the three times he teams up with the Winchesters; It's a running joke Supernatural Where Garth often gets knocked out at the start, waking up only when the fight is over, asking "What did I miss?" Garth is a benevolent character who bonds with the Winchester brothers Despite his rather odd methods, such as using a sock puppet called Mr Fizzles to ask a child.
Garth is an underrated character in supernatural, Having only appeared in six episodes. In later seasons, Garth is revealed to have turned into a werewolf, semi-retired from hunting, with a family of his own. Over the years, Garth becomes a competent organizer of hunters after Bobby's death, and his new werewolf status makes him a better hunter than before. therefore, Garth should return to the hunting life because he would be a valuable asset to Sam and Dean If they were to face a great villain Supernatural Season 16.

Ash
Ash was extremely smart and underutilized
As one of the smartest characters in SupernaturalAsh was first introduced in season 2, episode 2, "Everybody Loves a Clown." Ash lived in the roadhouse with Ellen and Jo Harvelle and was respected by hunters for being a genius. While Dean was originally skeptical of Ash's genius upon their first meeting, due to his unkempt appearance, Ash managed to impress Dean by creating a "Demon alert system” (which tracks signs associated with Azazel's presence through weather satellites) in two days, using John Winchester's journal. Unfortunately, Ash is killed in season 2, episode 21, when the roadhouse burns down.
Shockingly, Ash reveals that he can navigate the skies of men by using string theory and has become fluent in Enochian since tapping into "Angel Radio."
however, Supernatural Known for bringing back characters, Ash reunites with Sam and Dean in heaven in season 5's "Dark Side of the Moon," where Ash and Pamela Barnes help them find the angel, Joshua. Shockingly, Ash reveals that he can navigate the skies of men by using string theory and has become fluent in Enochian since tapping into "Angel Radio." Ash's intellect sets him apart from most Supernatural LettersAnd his skills are completely underutilized. Therefore, season 16 could present a perfect opportunity for him to return, especially as the Winchesters are reunited in heaven in Supernatural's detailed finale.

Jesse Turner
Jesse disappears after one episode
Jesse Turner was a young boy who appeared in Supernatural Season 5, Episode 6, "I Believe The Children Are Our Future," as Sam and Dean investigate why people are meeting deadly fates with practical joke toys in Nebraska. An eleven-year-old Jesse was revealed to be the cause of the childish misconceptions, as whatever he believed to be reality. Sam and Dean's investigation led to the discovery that Jesse's mother was pregnant with Jesse while possessed by a demon.resulting in the birth of a cambion (a half-human/half-demon hybrid). Castiel tells the Winchesters that Jesse is the Antichrist and must be killed.

Jesse decided to say goodbye to his parents, but then Jesse secretly used his powers to disappear without a trace and he was never seen again On the show, making him an underrated character. with Supernatural's Sticks problem affecting the possibility of another season, Jesse poses the perfect resolution. Jesse's unresolved storyline could be addressed in Supernatural Season 16.

Ben Breeden
Ben could be Dean Winchester's son
in Supernatural In Season 3, Dean visits Lisa Braeden, his former lover, and is surprised to discover that Lisa has a son named Ben. Being of the right age and sharing a lot of Dean's mannerisms, interests and looks, Dean suspected that Ben might be his son and confronted Lisa with his theory. However, Lisa tells Dean that Ben is not his. After Sam's sacrifice in the season 5 finale, Dean honors his brother's wishes by returning to Lisa and Ben to try to live a normal life. Dean and Ben bonded during this time, and Ben considered Dean family.
However, when Ben was kidnapped by a demon possessing Lisa in season 6's "Let It Bleed," Dean rescued the couple but struggled with the fact that they were still put in danger even after he left them. As a result, Dean has Cas erase all memories of him from Lisa and Ben's minds In one of the saddest moments in Supernatural. Ben would be a perfect character to return if Supernatural had a season 16, because he was considered Dean's son regardless of genetics, and their reunion would provide Dean with a happier ending than the season 15 finale.

IV
The mother of all is still around
like the "Mother of all" Eve was a mysterious and powerful being who existed before angels And it was said that he knew God. Eve lived in Purgatory alongside the Leviathans and was the creator of the Alpha, whose entire species is descended from them. in Supernatural In Season 6, Crowley tortured and killed multiple Alphas to lure Eve to Earth so he and Castiel could use Purgatory's souls as power. When Eve emerged, Eve began creating powerful supernatural creatures to contaminate humans so that Crowley would be denied any of their souls.
Sam and Dean loaded Phoenix Ash into shotguns to defeat her, but Eve quickly disarmed the Winchesters and offered them a deal, to which Dean responded, "bite me." Thinking she had the upper hand, Eve obliged. But Dean had cleverly ingested some of the phoenix's ashes earlier, and Eve was slowly poisoned. Eve's soul returned to Purgatory upon her death and was not heard from until she dispatched monsters. After Cass and Dean in season 15. Therefore, There is a potential for Eve to return in Supernatural Season 16 how she still didn't get revenge on the Winchesters and Cass.

Frank Deveraux
Frank helped defeat the Leviathans
Frank Deveraux was an important character too Supernatural's Leviathan plot In season 7. After the Leviathans clone Sam and Dean and shoot up a bank, the Winchesters are back on the FBI's most wanted list. Bobby directed the brothers to Kevin R. McNally's character, Frank Devereaux, whom he described as "A sack and a madman” but also a computer expert and hacker. Frank lived up to Bobby's description of a paranoid yet highly intelligent hacker, and he actually helped Sam and Dean defeat the Leviathans by protecting them from the law and providing them with information about the Leviathan, Dick Roman.
Frank's last appearance in Supernatural Was in season 7, episode 16, "Out with the old," in which Frank called Dean and warned that their investigation brings them too close to Dick Roman, and they should leave before the Leviathans realize. The episode ends with the Winchesters visiting Frank's RV, where they find the place trashed, and the walls covered in blood. Frank's disappearance is one of Supernatural's mysteries, but the interesting character could return in a possible season 16 to provide the Winchesters with another conspiracy, as Many fans suspect Frank faked his death to avoid the Leviathans.

The original death
Death was older than God
Death was a primordial being who existed since the beginning of time and possessed power beyond understanding. He first appeared in season 5, episode 21, "Two Minutes to Midnight," (one of Supernatural's song title episodes), in which Dean and Death made a deal to trap Lucifer in his cage, releasing his bindings on Death. Death's introduction is widely regarded as Supernatural's Best character introduction because this scene showed how powerful he is. However, despite his immortality and unknown age, Dean was able to kill death with his own skate in the 10th season "Brother's Keeper."
As old as God. Maybe older. None of us can remember anymore. Life, death, chicken, egg. Regardless - in the end I will cut him too. - Dead
However, as one of the four horses, death's attributes are passed on to other incarnations because they are part of the natural order. like Billy was the next Reaper to be killed after the original Reaper diedShe then took on the role as the new death. While Billy could easily return in season 16, the original death of Julian Richings is definitely underrated and could provide a surprise comeback, as he originally said that he would be the one to cut God.
2
Kevin Tran
Kevin is stuck in the veil
Kevin Tran was a poor student whose life was turned upside down after being struck by lightning and became a prophet of the Lord in Supernatural Season 7. Kevin was integral to the plot of season 7 with the tablets that had the words of God inscribed on them. He was kidnapped several times over Supernatural and forced to translate the tablets for his kidnappers to get the secrets inside. Unfortunately, Kevin was eventually killed by Gadreel who possessed Sam in "Holy Terror."
In season 11, Kevin returns as a ghost and tells the Winchesters that they should trust God before God sends him to heaven. However, God suffered. Kevin returned in Season 13's "Raising Hell" along with other ghosts the Winchesters had encountered before and revealed that God had actually sent him to Hell. After realizing that he cannot return to heaven, now that his soul is tainted, Kevin decides to roam the earth as a ghost because it is better than returning to hell. Kevin's return in a possible Supernatural Season 16 can hopefully resolve the unfortunate character's plotline and rectify his sad fate.
1
Harry Spangler and Ed Zedmore
The Ghostfacers may return
In season 1 of SupernaturalHarry and Ed are introduced as part of a paranormal investigation team that documents their encounters online. The pair eventually form the "Ghostfacers"And vlog the paranormal investigations in an effort to get picked up by a network. The Ghostfacers are Sam and Dean's most annoying problem because they don't understand the rigors of monster hunting and are focused on the fame aspect. Ed and Harry eventually split up in season 9 after Ed fakes a ghost hunt To stop Harry from leaving Ghostfacers.
Related
While the Ghostfacers were a genuine annoyance to the Winchesters, they provided comedic relief to the show. Their irresponsible nature caused conflict with the Winchesters over the years, although Sam and Dean sympathized with their strained relationship in season 9. The Ghostfacers were an underutilized plot elementHowever, how they openly included Sam and Dean in their vlogs and nothing ever came of it, even when they were wanted by the FBI. Season 16 could bring the iconic characters back as a bit of comedic relief to break up the heavy story yet Supernatural Season 15.
