Pannacotta Fugo
He went to law school at 16 and carried out many amazing schemes at Passione.
When it comes to pure intelligence, Pannacotta Fugo has most of the others Jojo characters fight. Despite his rather young age, 16 years old at the time of the Golden Wind Arc, he already received a law degree from college. Unfortunately, he did not receive his degree because he resisted a teacher who made inappropriate advances toward him.
Although Fugo never graduated from college in the traditional sense, this does not negate his proven wisdom. Fugo has an IQ of 152, and his intelligence certainly came in handy for Bucciarati’s team. His quick thinking and ingenious plans to use Purple Haze’s Stand have saved him and his gang members from danger many times.

Yoshikage Kira
Using his wits and attitude as the “Killer Queen”, he became one of the most terrifying serial killers of all time.
Yoshikage Kira is one of the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure the most disgustingly evil and amazingly intelligent villains. Being a serial killer in Morioh City, he took the lives of more than 50 people without being caught. He managed to deceive beautiful women, kill them and cut off their hands without arousing suspicion for a long time because he portrayed himself as a boring, ordinary person.
Kira’s crimes were truly heinous, but he is one of the quickest thinkers in the series. When Josuke followed him and almost caught him, Kira immediately came up with an amazing plan: disguises himself, changing his face to someone else’s. Luckily, Josuke eventually caught him and his reign of terror ended, but he is absolutely one of Jojo the smartest villains in the world.

Josuke Higashikata
He was responsible for defeating Morioh’s most heinous serial killer, Yoshikage Kira.
Josuke may have only been 16, but he was able to outsmart the adults in the Diamond Is Unbreakable arc. He was responsible for the capture and detention of Yoshikage Kira, A villainous serial killer is rampaging through his city. He was impressive with his Stand Crazy Diamond, using the creature to repair items and heal others.

Josuke found himself in many situations beyond his control, including his best friend Okuyasu nearly dying and finding himself face to face with the deadliest serial killer, Morioh. Where anyone else might have lost their cool, Josuke thought carefully and quickly, coming up with the best plan that would allow him to win and save as many lives as possible. He even managed sneak up to Kira within striking distance and finish him offa feat that no one had been able to accomplish until that moment.

Bruno Buccellati
Passione gang leader Bruno had to think fast to save his men and catch Diavolo.
Bruno Buccellati was a fearless and courageous boss JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Passionate gang. He was passionately committed to ending Italy’s rampant drug problem, which was harming people of all ages, but especially young people. With these noble ambitions in mind, he developed evil plans using his stand Sticky Fingers, destroy the leader Diavolo from within his own gang, Passione.
From quickly unzipping his body to prevent blows from hitting him, to moving across surfaces to sneak up on people, Bruno’s exploits in his Stand have always been incredibly surprising to those who have fought against him. He was nearly impossible to outwit as he used his Stand in inventive ways that always left his enemies confused. With the help of Giorno, he even managed to save his lifeusing Giorno’s Stand and his own to temporarily stitch his body together so he could achieve his goal before passing.

Even without a stand, Kars has proven his exceptional intelligence and high IQ
Based on IQ alone, with a whopping score of 400.Kars is one of the smartest characters in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure. He was the leader of the Pillar Men and was obsessed with developing immunity to sunlight because he was a vampire. The stone mask that turned Dio into a vampire was created by Kars himself, proving the villain’s ingenuity.
Kars’ ability to predict human behavior was phenomenalwhich gave him an advantage in battle because he could often guess his enemy’s next move without much effort. He became a nearly invincible villain, whom only Joseph Joestar could bring down after a hard-fought battle. What’s even more miraculous is that Kars achieved such a high level of power by relying only on his brain. He never had a stand like the others. Jojo villains.

She was one of the most cunning Joestars, figuring out how to escape from a maximum security prison.
Jolyne Cujo accomplished many feats in the Stone Ocean arc., and each one proves how smart she is. To begin with, she was wrongfully accused of a crime she didn’t commit and thrown into Green Dolphin Street Jail. she used her Stand Stone Free to escape from prison. Using her Stand’s unique unraveling ability, Jolyne brilliantly escaped and attacked.

She deceived the prison guards, survived a particularly dangerous prison and tracked down Enrico Pucciall thanks to her quick thinking. From Miu Miu to Gwess, no matter what opponent Jolyne faced, she was able to immediately come up with a plan and achieve victory before the enemy had a chance to discover her intentions. Her reasoning has saved not only her own life countless times, but also the lives of others like Jotaro.

He even defeated Diavolo, the most powerful boss of the Italian mafia. trapping him in a terrifying death spiral that only the most creative and perhaps twisted mind could dream of.

Decades of successful plans and defeats of many villains prove his wisdom.
Joseph Joestar may be cocky and arrogant, always cracking jokes, but his intelligence cannot be underestimated. Joseph is so exceptional at predicting what his enemy is going to do. the phrase “Your next line…” became famoussince he said those words so often during the Battle Tendency arc. Joseph did not have a Stand in the second part, but he still defeated Kars solely due to his wit, strength gained from training, and Ripple’s energy.
However, Joseph’s achievements did not end in the second part. He appeared again in later installments Jojo pass on your wise ideas and plans to the new Joestars. In the Stardust Crusaders arc, he cleverly used his Stand Hermit Purple to Help Jotaro track down Dio Brando in Egypt. using unique photographic equipment. Joseph has always been able to come up with ingenious schemes, and this has come in handy against many different villains over the years.

Dio’s intelligence and creative use of his Stand helped him nearly take over the world.
Dio Brando was the best JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure a villain who has earned a reputation as the most evil man in Jojo. Dio managed to turn into a vampire, and even when he supposedly died at the end of the first part, he found a way to continue living. By stealing the body of the late Jonathan Joestar.he extended his life brilliantly.

Dio ran away from the Stardust Crusaders for a long time, almost managing to take over the entire world and destroy the Joestar bloodline. The villain had very lofty goals and almost achieved them, thanks to his wisdom, cunning, skillful use of his time-stopping Stand, The Worldand his ability to recruit the perfect villains as his henchmen. If not for Jotaro’s most insightful moment that led to Dio’s defeat, the villain could have ruled the world.

Through JojoJotaro’s intelligence has allowed him to capture and defeat some of the series’ most powerful villains.
The smartest Jojo character – Jotaro Kujo. His Stand, Star Platinum, is a true muscle figure, with huge muscles and immense strength that allows him to crush anyone. However, Jotaro also has mental abilities that would complement his physically powerful Stand and allow him to use it effectively.
The most amazing moment in Jotaro’s life came when he discovered Star Platinum’s ability to stop time. using Dio’s own talent against him to commit suicide. This short time gap is a prime example of the character thinking on his feet, because if Jotaro had hesitated or chosen a different move, Dio could have conquered the world. Jotaro’s intelligence was proven even more in later seasons when he helped Josuke find the serial killer Yoshikage Kira and helped his daughter Jolyne catch Enrico Pucci, who was working alongside Dio.
