Episode 4, Season 1 “Final Selection”
When Tanjiro first started to become a Demon Slayer, one of his first powerful demons was the Hand Demon during the final selection. The demon was abnormally large and disfigured, with yellow eyes, red fingernails, olive-green skin, and multiple arms. This demon was imprisoned during the Edo period in Fujikasane mountain to serve as one of the various demons during the final selection.
The demon was shameless and hungry, and showed no remorse for the people it killed, even some of Tanjiro’s masters’ subordinates. During this battle, Tanjiro learned to be quick on his feet and not let his emotions get the best of himBecause if he had allowed an ounce of feeling to break, then he would have been over him. Midway through season 1 of Demon SlayerTanjiro emerges from a chaotic mansion only to discover that Zenitsu is protecting Nezuko from Inosuke, who has been beating on Zenitsu so he can get to Nezuko. Due to Inosuke’s wild nature and upbringing, instead of fully listening to Tanjiro’s explanation as to why he carried a demon in a wooden box with him, Inosuke started trying to hurt Nezuko who was in the box that Tanjiro was carrying around.
Due to Inosukes’ antics, Tanjiro has no other choice but to fight him. The two demon slayers began landing blows on each other, with Both Inosuke and Tanjiro represent great strength and agility in their contained area. Tanjiro dealt the final blow with an earth-shattering headbutt that even knocked Inosuke unconscious for just a little while.

Tanjiro vs Enmu

The battle between Tanjiro and Enmu was one of the toughest battles that Tanjiro had to face.. During this time, every demon slayer on the train was put into a deep sleep in a never-ending cycle so that Enmu’s subjects could dangerously harm the demon slayers. During the dream cycle, Tanjiro was haunted by his dead relatives, with Enmu manipulating their words and expressions.
Tanjiro was completely stuck in the never-ending loop, only for Nezuko to help him free himself from the loop with her own blood demon art called Exploding Blood. With that, Tanjiro did what was necessary to break free from Enmu’s hold and continue his duties on the train. With Tanjiro’s sheer willpower and determination, along with Inosuke’s help, he manages to defeat Enmu and cut off their head.

Shinobu vs Spider Sisters
Episode 20, Season 1
When chaos arose, Shinobu took it upon himself to rid the dangerous forest of at least one of the spirits who was part of a rather sadistic family that had been built over the years. Shinobu also carries a large amount of hatred for demons since one took her own sister’s life long ago, hence Which many fans can see why Shinobu is a brilliant demon slayer among her peers. The demon slayer is highly intelligent and great at making different kinds of potions that can help and hurt in many different ways. Shinobu showed her true strength without any heavy lifting.

The Spider Sister’s biggest mistake was assuming that Shinobu wasn’t much of a threat to her in the first place, which led to her death. The strategic battle of Tanjiro and Kyogai
Episode 13, Season 2
In this scene, Tanjiro has to maneuver his way through Kyogai’s confusing maze in his hideout and save a girl taken by the demon. Kyogai was a former Upper Moon, so the demon was not going to go lightly on Tanjiro, and he knew that. Every time the demon beat one of his drums, the whole house suddenly changed and went in any direction, making the prey confused and unbalanced, which is great news for the demon of the house.
To defeat Kyogai, Tanjiro used his quick thinking to save the kidnapped girl by walking her to a safe area While he was fighting Kyogei. With each tap of the drums, Tanjiro was swept in many directions as he tried to land a fatal blow on the demon. Soon after, Tanjiro figured out the demon’s tactics and used his water breathing technique to kill the demon. The fights did a great job of showing Tanjiro adapting to the unpredictable abilities of a demon, cementing Tanjiro Vs. Kyogai as one of these Demon Slayer’s Most epic fights.

Tanjiro, Nezuko and Yushiro vs. Susamaru and Yahaba
Episode 9, Season 1
During this time, Tanjiro and Nezuko meet Tamayo and Yushiro after running into Muzan in the bustling city. Tamayo agreed to help them and invited Tanjiro and Nezuko to their home to talk about ways to heal Tanjiro’s sister. Lucky for Tanjiro and Nezuko, Tamayo is not like the other demons, and neither is Yushiro. Tamayo long defied Muzan after being separated from him with the help of Yoriichi.
Meanwhile, Susamaru and Yahaba visited them and battled them all with the intention of killing Tanjiro. The pair was a challenge, even for Yushiro and Nezuko losing a leg and even their entire head. The pair proved to be difficult to defeat, but with the help of Yushiro’s spell and Nezuko’s resilience, they were able to defeat Susamaru and Yahaba at their own game. The brawl really showcased Tanjiro and Nezuko’s ability as a fighting teamCementing it as an all-time classic Demon Slayer Fight.

Rengoku vs. Akaza

Rengoku is tasked to go on a mission and defeat an Upper Moon Demon on the Mugen train with Tajiro, Inosuke and Zenitsu. Not long after capturing their tickets, the demon slayers are forced into a deep sleep, unaware that the tickets have been tainted by a powerful demon named Enmu. Rengoku managed to break out of the never ending dream cycle of his own instinct. Shortly after Enmu was defeated, Akaza appeared in the battle, showing no signs of backing down.

Unfortunately, during the fight, Rengoku took a fatal blow to the chest, severely affecting him in battle. The battle was tough, even for Rengoku, but he stayed resilient and battled through his mortal injuries to protect everyone around him. Nezuko’s power up against Ducky
Episode 6, Season 2
During the battle with Daki, Nezuko lands a retaliatory blow on the demon, destroying her head in the process with a very powerful kick. Ducky, however, does not take that lightly and slices Nezuko’s leg and severs her other parts of her body in the process. During this, Nezuko underwent a powerful transition and became even more powerful than she already was in her original demon form with vine-like markings around her body and Nezuko growing twice her size.
Nezuko, saddened, slams her foot into Ducky’s back and repeatedly stomps on her with a sadistic smile, followed by Nezuko’s other blood demon art called Exploding Blood, which lights Ducky’s entire body into flames. The battle lasted for a while with Nezuko dodging Ducky’s attacks and landing powerful blows onto Ducky himself. THis action brought amazing visual effects paired with beautiful color grading.

Mitsuri vs Hantengu & His Clones
Episode 10, Season 3
The battle between Mitsuri and Hantengu and his clones was truly spectacular. The demon was a threat to Tanjiro and Moichiro, and in the beginning was an even bigger threat. Hantengu appears as a thin skeleton-like body that looks frail with a very noticeable lump on its head. The demon even split into different emotions, which made fighting him even more impossible over time. The Demon of the Upper Moon was very difficult to fight alongside Tanjiro, Genya and Nezuko, but Mitsuri proved her worth and handled the battle with grace and resilience.
Mitsuri survived the battle with Hantengu, and gave her all in the battle, even when he faced certain death. Mitsuri used her love breathing technique, which helped Tanjiro defeat Hantengu and his clones once and for all, putting the never-ending battle at a complete standstill. Mitsuri doesn’t get that many times to shine over Demon Slayer Like some of the other poetry, Making her battle against Hantengu more impressive.

Uzui & Tanjiro vs. Gyutaro
Episode 17, Season 2
The biggest action moment in Demon Slayer Had to go to the intense battle between Tanjiro, Uzui and Gyutaro In the Entertainment District Ark. No battle comes close to this with its stunning visuals and effects. The episode’s amazing fight choreography alone gave this fight the number one spot. The battle showcased Uzui’s strength and skills as a Hashira, using his own breath of health in attempts to defeat Gyutaro and put an end to his antics.
Uzui saved Tanjiro’s life in the process and even controlled his own fatal injuries when injected with poison from Gyutaro’s sickle. This fight was a close one and it would have ended very differently if Uzui had not been there. Of all these Demon Slayer Battles, this one had a big impact on fans of the anime and set the bar for future battles to come.
