It's offering a unique spin on the JRPG genre, with its unique storyline combined with frenetic turn-based combat that feels almost as fast-paced as active-time combat. With Xenoblade Chronicles and Final fantasy vibrations, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 was created to entertain traditional RPG and JRPG fans.

Yotei's Ghost (Sucker Punch Productions)
The long-awaited sequel to Ghost Of Tsushima
Many probably expected a more direct sequel to the wonderful Ghost of Tsushimabut Sucker Punch Productions had other ideas. Yotei's Ghost takes place hundreds of years after the events of Tsushima and takes place in the northern region of Japan, Hokkaido. It features a female protagonist, Atsu, who has taken on the mantle of the Phantom. Of course, just like the first game, players will be able to choose which paths Atsu will follow, although Yotei is set to feature even more freedom over how Atsu's story unfolds.
Yotei's Ghost was nominated for most anticipated game at the 2024 Game Awards - beaten by the ridiculously sensationalist GTA 6 - and for good reason. This looks to be a sprawling open-world adventure that will continue Tushima better mechanics by implementing many of your own ideas. Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii (Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio)
The spin-off that no one expected
It's fair to say that no one expected Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio to release a Like a dragon spin-off featuring one of the series' most beloved characters as a pirate captain, but here comes Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii. As is typical of this beautifully wacky series, the plot is strange but almost certainly deeply sincere, allowing players to take on the role of Goro for a second time as he commands his own pirate ship in Hawaii.
With a multitude of minigames to participate in, as well as a long campaign, Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii It may end up being the most bizarre entry in the series' history, but it will undoubtedly be amazing.
