10 EA Sim Age-Ups That Make Absolutely No Sense

Growing up can be quite shocking in The Sims 4. The vast majority of Create A Sim items are exclusive to just one or two life states. EA tends to create story Sims with only the standard age in mind. However, all pre-made Sims have consistent genetics programmed in, which means they will go through some dramatic changes as they reach stages as a child, teenager, and elderly. These range from strange proportions and strange fashion to hidden beauty and near-clones.

Facial features and body shape are predetermined for all Sims, but hair and clothing can be randomized. The more TS4 The more expansions you have, the more variety an elderly Sim will have, for better and for worse. Personalized content can also affect aging. Realistic Sims 4 mods that alter genetics or fashion can drastically change the way any Sim ages. If you want to see how a pre-made Sim should grow, it would be a good idea to save with mods completely disabled.

Ether Takama of Ravenwood

Raven never again

As one of the few children in the TS4: Life and Death expansion, Takama Aether sports various raven and bird costumes in his daily attire. This is a bit morbid, as his father, Kai Aether, becomes a playable ghost after interacting with a pet crow. It becomes a question of whether Takama has always dressed this way or if it's some kind of coping mechanism.

Although older life states may have access to raven clothing, this is completely random at age. As a teenager or older, Takama will likely choose any type of fashion for the rest of his life. Was the crow just a phase, or did Takama lose his connection with his father? You can, of course, take the Sim to a dresser and redo all of their clothes.

Orion Michaelson of San Sequoia

Have you seen this child?

Babies were only added with the patch for TS4: Growing Up Together. Before this, the youngest Sims were children. This makes Orion Michaelson the poster child for the entire state of child life. Therefore, you have to play for a long time or set the life expectancy to fast to meet Orion as an adult.

Since Orion starts all her saves so young, she has likely completed many childhood milestones. But she is a blank slate for any adolescent or adult characteristics. The way an older Orion acts in someone else's game may be completely different from yours.

8

Christie Sigworth from StrangerVille

The widest smile

As an adult, Christie Sigworth ends up with elongated facial features: large eyes, eyebrows, mouth and ears. While this would be fine for an independent Sim, it becomes more obvious that she has nothing in common with her parents, Jess and Dylan Sigworth. When she gets older, it seems like her chin never grows, maintaining childlike proportions.

This may contribute to the scenario of TS4: StrangerVillehowever. Perhaps being so close to the Mother Plant affected the aging of the residents. You could hold off on reforming Christie until the town's mystery was solved.

7

Jayden Price from Copperdale

Sidney Price's stunt double

Brothers Jayden and Sidney Price begin TS4: high school years at different ages, children and adolescents, respectively. However, when playing in normal lifespans, both will attend Copperdale High together for an entire week. This is similar to comedies that eventually promote the youngest sibling to the main character.

Although Jayden is expected to have some characteristics of his older brother, it is possible that he wears identical or similar hair and clothing. Fortunately, Jayden doesn't have the same active or gifted characteristics as Sidney. This makes it easier for him to develop his own identity.

6

Venessa Jeong from Vale Del Sol

Blue is the new green

While the most notable changes occur from child aging to teenager, some Sims stand out as older. Hopeful superstar Venessa Jeong from Get famousone of The Sims 4of the best content packs, is one of them. For the most part, all elderly people develop completely gray haireven those with vibrant dyed hair like Ash Harjo and the Behr sisters. But even in old age, Venessa keeps two visible blue stripes.

This is probably an oversight of the graying effect: Venessa's old green stripes turn blue as an attempt to change to another color. For story purposes, maybe blue is actually her natural hair color, and she's trying to maintain a shred of youth. However, some EA promotions show that Venessa has natural brown hair.

5

Alexander Goth from Willow Creek

A tough enemy

Although there is some randomness, Alexander Goth is usually bald as a teenager. It's a clean shave, so it almost feels like a choice. This came out of nowhere for most Sims players. But in the Nintendo DS version of TS3Alexandre wore hats that hid his hair, giving him a bald appearance.

In addition to the hair, Alexander could also get rid of the black clothes and glasses. This can make it extremely difficult to recognize who he is. If you want to maintain the Gothic family look, consider giving it a makeover.

4

Tomi Markovic from Tartosa

Amélia Mignonette Thermopolis Renaldi

Tomi is the prototype of Hollywood's “beauty hidden in bad clothes.” As a child, she wore one of the TS4Worst items: A baseball cap that hides your hair. As a teenager, Tomi doesn't really shine, instead seeming like an older, more accurate version of her past.

But, with so many setbacks and bad genetics, Aging without drastic changes is almost a miracle. There's a chance that EA actually designed Tomi as an adult and aged her up, or at least used genetics from the game to give Mateo and Lucia Markovic a real daughter.

3

Amy Prescott from Copperdale

Third Street Snitch

Similar to Christie Sigworth, Amy Prescott maintains child-sized chin and jaw as she ages. Her typical choice of short red hair resulted in many TS4 players comparing her to Randall Weems of Recess. It also doesn't help that Amy has a tendency to help her mother, Copperdale director Mei Prescott.

Although she doesn't particularly resemble Mei or anyone else in the house, Amy's genetics may not be completely random. In the family biography, Mei's husband passed away and there is no corresponding ghost. You can imagine that Amy is really the spitting image of her father.

2

Orange Bailey-Moon of the Del Sol Valley

The Man with Six Billion Simoleons

Children in TS4 They have no muscle definition or mass. But, they may still carry the genetic code for when they reach adolescence. This happens to Orange Bailey-Moon, who becomes the He-Man of Del Sol Valley on his birthday. The funny part is that Orange tends to prefer painting, music, and just socializing over motor skills.

Still, you can embrace Orange's physique and make sure he makes the football team or becomes a lifeguard. His famous parents, Thorne Bailey and Octavia Moon, might want Orange to focus on acting and taking over the neighborhood. Luckily, action stars are a big part TS4: Become famous.

1

Lucas Munch from Windenburg

Low Cultivated Eyebrow

Lucas's goofy charm often becomes more disturbing as he ages. The Sims 4. His extremely light blonde hair can often make it appear as if he has no eyebrows during certain animations and camera angles. It also doesn't help that Create A Sim doesn't have eyelashes without the use of mods.

Furthermore, Lucas seems to be the most likely to adopt fashion from multiple expansions, making his wardrobe completely incompatible. This is often the case with pre-made Sims released before The Sims 4: Seasonswhere hot and cold weather items are an afterthought. Like others, a trip to the drawers will be necessary.
